Number three is my personal favourite!! Love all the storage, the cupboard for shoes, the seperation of the kitchen/dining from the livingroom. The built ins are also wonderful.

I also liked the 3rd on the most - unless the 2nd on isn’t cheaper (which I think it definitely is) I don’t understand how you could choose that over the last one!

The toilet is not always in a another room in France! Many places do have it in another room but they can be in the same room as the bath and shower.
Yes I agree with you! I mention that point in my other apartment video! My apartment has a bathroom with a toilet which I am so grateful for as it saves up space!☺️
I searched for a year in Paris during the pandemic to purchase an apartment. I did not find anything I could remotely afford. I'd love to know the ballpark cost that these are on the market for. And two of them have tubs! Unheard of. I do love these videos though. The dream isn't dead.

The apartments are roughly 350,000€ for the first one, 759 000€ for the second one and 1,050,000€ for the last one! They are very expensive but that’s because of the square footage and the great location.
As for your dream, don’t ever give up! If you truly want it, it’ll all work out in the end! ☺️

I would suggest doing your research before actually moving abroad and planning everything! So that you know what to do in advance:) (phone numbed, bank account, rent..)
I used the app “SeLoger” to find an apartment and it is easy fairly easy as many apartments are posted there daily! But you have to be fast as lots of people are looking all the time!
If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate 🥰
I would like to know the monthly rental costs of these apartments. I am used to seeing tours of closet size apartments that aren't cheap. By comparison these apartments are huge. They must cost a fortune.

Hi! Thanks for the heads up! I know it can be scary and that some apartments can be contaminated since the buildings are mostly from the 19th century.. but I make sure of checking everything when visiting and I also ask questions in case! But this is a good point you brought up as this aspect is often mistreated when buying or renting a flat in Paris! 😌

Thank you Valeriya for the price info. Do you know if the apartments are still being snatched up quickly ? A few years ago I found a great place after seeing it with an agent. In the afternoon on the same day I saw it, he called back to say it went to someone else 🙁 Do you have any advice ("Astuces")?
Hi! This happens all the time because so many people are looking for apartments right now and there’s usually many offers for an apartment even when you start visiting. If you are lucky enough, you can get an agent that will show you exclusive apartments that are not yet on the market meaning you get the chance to visit and make a decision without fear of another offer being made. (But these apartments are, of course, on the expensive range)
Although, I believe that if an apartment is meant for you, it’ll all work out easily! So never lose hope :)
You have to have all your paperwork all in order and on hand, then make up your mind on the spot, with a check in your file for the deposit. References help. Proof of guarantors, income etc. Bank accounts are not required (or legal to be asked I think) but can't hurt...

In general, 3 bedroom apartments are the most expensive ones to rent in Paris because of more square footage! So expect a good budget of around 2000€-3000€\month !

These apartments I was looking at are for sale meaning that they are not for rent. But the average price of an apartment like this is 2000€/month for the last too and 1250€/month for the first apartment. Hope this helps!
