- I turned the new Norn Emissary kit into my own bio-mechanical Tyranid monster (inspired by the Cravers from Endless Space 2) for my Tyranid army!This was made entirely from things in my bits box, the only new kit purchased was the Tyranid Norn Emissary. Some of the kits where the bits came from include: Tau fire warriors, tau XV8 crisis suits, necron warriors, cables made from dollar store wire and disassembled old tech.

I feel like a biovore or the other big spider with a gun on its back would be fire

you could try the haruspex (big artillery bug of hom i think its called haruspex) and try something like jank a giant ww2 lvl railway gun into it@@pega_neko

My biggest kitbash I've ever done was my iron warriors daemon Prince. Which I turned from a daemon looking guy to a suit of armour with fire gushing out the holes. It's always awesome to have a model you can slap on the table and truly call yours

You might want to get some varied sizes of piano or base guitar wire for your bit's box. They can be think enough to not look to small even against a larger model, and have a very Geigeresc bio-mechanical feel that works well for most flavors of the grim darkness. So two other thoughts if you do any more of the bigger bugs, first is a row of the collared Necron shoulder pads lining the spine/upper tail could give a similar feel to some of the Tyranid models while still being mechanical. Second I saw someone who was cutting up a demon prince for an orc conversion cut through the front of a leg fill the gap with some mechanical bits and cables (polystyrene rod and guitar wire) and then do a little Green-stuff for raged flesh and I think it could work really well for the aesthetic you seem to be aiming for.

@@pega_neko I got the tyranofex model and well... It looks nice... BUT I wanna make it look more dynamic, I've already added arches to the big smoke stacks and after watching your video I think I wanna add wire harpoons? That just out of its sides to SECURE the big boy into the earth so the guns recoil don't knock em back, I wanna make the front legs look nicer to but idk what to do for that 😭
@@adamhertlein9661 hmmm yeah making a more dynamic pose would certainly go a long way. Just don't over think it and do what looks cool :3 a lot of my ideas just come in the moment while I'm working on it

Tyranid Ascended Leviathan Omega Seeker.
TALOS is the brains of hivefleet Talos.
Often switching from kruzier to kruzier out of interest or boredom searching ships or planets to besiege for their technology.
It often prefers to cause uprisings on these planets letting servitors go rogue and full on MEN OF IRON. It has seen it's fair share of engagements with iron warriors, necrons, tau and eldar.
Once securing the necessary resources it'll devour whatever it can thus gaining blueprints of how to produce these.
So it goes back into a kruzier and switches over to another to upgrade the kruziers on a regular basis. Inquisitive debated days to months about it's goal.
The only basic anwser it leads back to is eating everything.
The longer answer?
To set up a alarm system to notify other hivefleets of new activity.

@@pega_neko I'm still a beginner so I'm trying to come up with a kitbash that would be easy to make. Norn+Ghostkeel (as you did), exocrine+broadside or haruspex+maulerfiend. To make it somewhat easy, I look for miniatures that have the same tabletop role. Maybe Norn+riptide?
