Both the content and presentation have to improve. Lot of lacunae in the subject understanding by the presenter. However his enthusiasm must be appreciated.

Yes. Nicotine makes platelets in the blood more sticky. They are more likely to form blood clots that may block arteries and prevent supply of oxygenated blood to certain tissues (thrombosis).
