- Nowadays, we have little time to spend on projects that are not customer restorations.
This one took a while as it has been John and Hilo's back burner project.
It's put together with many choice parts we have in stock to build this solid H2 conversation piece. Wiseco triple kit 1/2 mm over. A few things that are not stock, like chrome head bolts made by Johnny's, White Brother's Easy Pull Clutch, O-ring chain, Pingel fuel valve running 3 filters, reproduction shocks and master cylinder. Lots of re-plated bolts and polished items. Lots of genuine parts on this bike. Original ignition switch, rare H2 angled gauges. Original headlight parts. Rebuilt speedometer by Don Fulsang in Florida. Original exhaust. Motor has no welding on the cases. No broken fins. Type 1 cylinders. No flow work has been done on these. Crankshaft was rebuilt by Charlie in MD. Cylinder bore done by LZRacing. Original carbs, original air box, original motor.
Frame is powder coated, cases vapor blasted, both by ACE Powder Coating.
Frame has some pitting in a couple of areas as noted. Polished clutch cover, re-plated motor mount plates. Wiseco bearings, pins, clips, etc. Re-laced wheels with new spokes, polished rear hub, Kenda Tires. EBC front brake rotor. Brushed finished lower legs. Pearl Candytone Blue paint was done in Japan in 2005. Seat is original but has a repair job on rear right.
Running Golden Spectro 2-stroke oil as recommended. This bike is full of very nice parts.
This is not a concourse restoration but still an excellent piece.
Starts on first kick. Everything works.
The CDI box was replaced after 80 miles of test riding. - Авто та транспорт

oh just perfect, just perfect.

Had 1973 purple, with Denco chambers with dual disc. Bàck in the day you would stay away from Seiseco pistons, must be much better. This is going to be a beauty.
Gorgeous H2!
Awesome bike!
Beautiful!
We often added an extra head gasket at our shop in Memphis if the customer complained about it bucking at lower speeds...cleared it up. Wheelie city if you dumped that throttle
Beautiful
Nice!
Nice h2, I hate ebc disks only because off elongated holes!!!
Tesla owners need not apply. Lovely bike👍
She turned out nice! Still have a few stock parts laying around. I have always wanted to build an H2R clone replica. Have you ever done one of those projects?
