Jessica, I rarely comment nowadays, but I have to / want to now. This class / session is wonderful and has helped me immensely in times of acute headaches. I tried many joga, meditation classes against headaches and while some of them helped a little, none of them made the pain go away completely. This one did. Had a headache after J& J vaccine 💉 on March 18th. Couldn’t focus for at least 12 hours post vaccination. My cautious extended family believe there will be breakthrough infections so I probably will need a booster before I can interact with them. I am not much of a hugger and live alone. This virus is very smart and can evade even best practices, or maybe I am just giving into paranoia to create a sense of safety. It’s great to have these techniques as it’s not advisable to take pain medicine post vaccination.
What exercises would anyone recommend if my lower and upper back hurts when I sit cross legged doing these exercises? To strengthen those muscles. I will try sitting in a chair instead for the first portion but back pain while doing these exercises isn’t normal is it😅 I also get this same lower back pain washing my clothes or loading the dishwasher, and the upper back pain from sitting in some kinds of chairs. Appreciate any suggestions! (Ps I have POTS, so I think it’s to blame for loss of muscle?)
