    Hi Marios, thanks for the vid! Can I ask an advice? I perfectly understand how to sit with a bad feeling until it dissolves by itself and the more I do it the more I feel good. But the problem comes when I don't feel any sensation in my body. To give an example, I've recently broken up with my girlfriend and this is a source of pain. Sometimes, the anxiety manifests clearly in my chest (tickles etc.) but sometimes, the pain only takes the form of mental ruminations (without physical sensations. What to do to get rid of that? Many thanks in advance, your channel is great!

    Disagree with animals theory. They suffer from trauma too and even ants are farmers planning for the future. Just cos we’re different and we don’t speak the same language doesn’t mean we don’t have similar feelings.

      You’re right, we likely have similar feelings. The point I was trying to make was we create complicated narratives that get us ‘stuck’ in feelings. Yes animals can be abused and experience trauma, but humans can traumatise themselves based on the way they view themselves/the world. We see more dimensions to the world and comprehend time, which both increase the kinds of ways emotions can impact us.

Yes the human species has created more dimensions by complicating ‘existence’ with the bills, the mortgage, needing so much, wanting to control so much and Time apparently doesn’t even exist in Quantum Reality (which I can’t get my head around). Animals perhaps know that all is eternal🤷🏻‍♀️ and they evolve in multiple lifetimes to adapt to be able to exist simply in their environment (even though 2% of humans are bugaring up their environment making it difficult for them too). Apologies for those that don’t believe in metaphysics.
      I’m still working with my trauma and emotional over sensitivity but it’s so much easier for me since learning that I can control my thoughts and can change my emotions but it’s taken a few years of training. I think mental health like physical health is either good or bad and we need to do the brain training to keep it robust. Learning from podcasts like yours🙏 and practicing (and experiencing) the Law of Attraction, have been vital. Our emotions are guidance and also have a frequency so control and use them to benefit our lives. Good to have a good cry but it’s really hard when we get stuck in those low feelings. Worth the effort to get out of them.
