I tried it yesterday, and it came out good!!
I replaced the coffee with chocolate powder and add a splash of apple cider vinegar and I bake it in mini muffins tin. It was so delicious and make perfect 8 mini muffins 😁😍

the cake looks plenty good enough. but i dont know about that messy thin frosting with the franken sugar. i think i might make a frosting using quark. and the cake is a good recipe.
