The sounds in this are so immersive - to clarify, is Mood in front of Clean for every sound example, or is it also placed after for some? Seriously some of the most satisfying ambience I've heard, wondering how much is the interaction of the verb into compressor, or just mood sounding fantastic on it's own accord 🤤
I kept the Mood in front of Clean the entire time (I wanted as simple of a chain as possible for this)- and I wanted the final effect to manipulate the trailing reverb. I also didn’t use any of MOOD’s complex sound design features-- I ONLY used the left half in either delay mode or reverb mode to add some Ambience. All the volume movement, EQ movement, stereo panning movement-- it all comes from the Clean! Hope this was helpful 🙏

@@urfriendlukas it has a lot to do with my pickup tone and the Milkman amp I was using- but there are lots of great amps out there that handle cleaner tones beautifully. I’m personally a fan of the rounder Fender style tube amp sound, which is what both my Silktone amp and the Milkman (I believe) are based on. Wide Range humbuckers are the coolest hums imo too. Full bodied but with the clarity of a good single coil!

I actually bought the body for this guitar used on Reverb and someone had already installed these so I'm not 100% sure--- but I'm pretty sure they hadn't mangled the pick guard in any way so most likely yes. I put this guard on myself!

IMHO this pedal does too much ... too many things in one pedal that we pay and we won't never use ... It seems a funny toy, but if I am looking for a compressor for sure this won't be my first choice.
It's all good! The extra stuff for many people is all the fun stuff- it functions as a basic compressor too, but I totally get wanting a compressor that is more stripped down!
