I have never watched idiot 007, but I can say it now how I understand this song - certain gurl (girl in doge community's language) was with bad guy (who is disgusting boomer for me - agent 007).
He fooled her, she was thinking that this guy loves her, but in reality he was a idiot and only idiot who is paid killer (death of paradise). When she finds out truth, she recognized fact that she was in dangerous situation with a random idiot and this fact, that she was abused by a idiot, so finally she dumped this boomer. lol no it's really easy to slow down a song and lower the pitch you can do it on any editing program
When there’s a song I want to hear slowed down and no one on UA-cam has gotten to it, I download the video onto my phone w/ an app, slow it down in iMovie, upload it to UA-cam as private, and then use Musi to listen to it on repeat. It takes like 5-7mins and is useful when blessings like this guy haven’t slowed a song you like down yet.

Story time:
An emotionally distant witch, who struggles to control her powers and finds it hard to trust others, falls for a guy. In her confusion and anger she goes out in the rain that she manipulates into a storm. What's a raindrop and what's her tears? The line blurs. She lets the rage consume her as lightening crawls across the sky.
She heads home in a trance of rage and begins to prep for a spell that uses the dark magic she's been told to avoid her whole life. She sets her intentions to make the man immortal but forever invisible to everyone. No one will hear, touch, see or smell him again..no one but her. No one will know he exists apart from the one Woman who wasn't good enough for him.
She lights candles spread in a circle formation in her living room. She removes her ceremonial robe and enters the circle naked. Whilst her rage still circles in her mind and her eyes remain watery, she says the words of the spell through her shaking voice and places some of his hair she found from their bed in the centre of the circle.
