i’ve been struggling with anxiety for some years, it’s been hard. My fingers and nails are pretty hurt, my teeth are breaking, i’ve gained a lot of weight, i’ve been down lately and I have always thought about the day someone would ask me what’s happening or if i’m okay, today my mom did asked, she realized my teeth are breaking and asked about it, if i’ve been dealing with something that she doesn’t know, I heard my thoughts screaming inside my body telling myself to tell her the truth, but I just couldn’t, I wanted to, but it just felt safer to keep it to myself, it’s been years, she never asked anything and never cared about me, I just want to leave to somewhere where I feel safe and free, she keeps telling me what she thinks is better for me, guess she’ll never understand that the best for me is to leave this town and go somewhere far from here and from everyone, i’m tired, just wanted like 5 seconds in peace, it hurts deep in my soul to know that this will never happen, I don’t think I can pretend anymore, guess i’ll have to, im trapped in this mess :/
