Hi Anna, is It necessary to let the soil dry out between waterings? The rubberplant Ficus is a beautiful plant but I have had so many problems with them that I have given up on them. 😢

No, not really. If you underwater them the bottom leaves may drop off. The most important for them is warm temperatures and bright light
