I'm a retired welder, welding instructor and CWI. Second generation UA man. This is an excellent video. I can almost smell the 6010 smoke. Keep up the good work.
“The boilermaker slide” really hits home. I graduated from my local tech school as a pipe welder, and am now currently practicing for the bootcamp training for the boilermakers. This video is a lifesaver! I’ve watched almost all your videos throughout schooling (which helped out tremendously, putting me at the top of my class) and now I have about 3 weeks until I go to training, and hopefully test out and get certified as a union Boilermaker. Thank you fellow welders, we are the 0.1%! 👨🏭 🍻
Welding at this level requires talent that is rare. When a person watches someone like this make a pass around a pipe that has a near perfect result, it is truly humbling to those of us that realize we could never reach this skill level.
you probably dont care but does anyone know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the login password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Judson Bradley Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
A small piece of advice for anyone testing; if you're worried about root opening shrinking up, only feather the tacks that you're starting on, and then directly tying in to, instead of feathering all four right away. It's not uncommon for the a tack on the opposite side of the pipe to break, if both sides are feathered.
thanks for the video I've been out of welding school over 20 years and haven't had to take this test in 12 years and now my employer wants me to certify on pipe . Ive been practicing and I've forgotten those moves but this video has been a great reference. thanks again Dan.
Let me know any other tips going for this test on Friday and I'm having a hell of a time with my root no matter what I do I think it has to do with the bevel that we have in our procedure 37 and a half degrees. My Keyhole just gets too big and it just gets ruined
The ending comments hit home! When I first broke out as a welder I started out with a not so great rig or welding machine and had a family had a job as a welder helper and had finally got the chance I was wanting to for so many years to break out as a welder and damn the nerves of driving 2 hours from home with no cell phone or means of communication with the wife back home and the kiddos as well as all our bills depending on me to come back with good news for the entire family that papa was going to be able to get a better position at work and maybe help get the family a bit of a brighter future damn man it was stressful as shit lol but aye thanks to the man up stairs plenty of practice and enough knowledge in this trade that was over 8 years ago and sometimes just sit there and think about where I was at one point in my life not knowing where I was going but right now today I'm doing what I love and have came so so far in this line of work extremely blessed and anyone else reading this looking to become a welder or become a better welder I'll tell you what I love it and I'm so thankful I pursued this line of work cuz not a day goes by that I don't think it's pretty awesome to say and have the title of being a welder baby! Like the saying goes SHUT UP AND WELD!! UGH! 😁👍✌
Testing to renew my 2”xxs b-pressure ticket tomorrow, after not doing it for 15years. Great video. I’ve been watching your videos for many years, they’re always helpful. Thanks!
Those circles are amazing with 7018! A UT welder showed me circles on pressure hull penetrations on submarines and I have used it ever since. It really penetrates and burns any kind of trash out.
started as a pipe welder helper on pipelines in the early 70s after a few years i was welding pipe. 3/32 6010 root.. heat was adjusted much lower as to not destroy the face (landing). or way have a face at all.. no whipping, a slight push and drag. dam near can be done without a shield. grind. then the (hot pass)would penetrate the root and pipe blending all together. xray quality
Exactly Correct- I was raised doing INDUSTRIAL X-RAY (my dad owned x-ray testing , Gardena CA, Those. So,call pipeline welders taught me that full pen welding , then x-ray it. R,I,P Roland Gilbert
Okay I'm learning how to pipe weld no one Is saying the Welding settings for the root 60 to 80 and the hot pass 90 plus I'm just asking because the Welding settings would be a good starting point for I could get the root in correctly
I remember taking this test in my early 20s ,I struggled but passed I had too much heat.Your video was excellent ,I recently took the test again at 61 and set the heat where it was much easier to control passed a 2 inch and 6 inch I am used to maintenance welding.Pipe welding is a different animal, great video Thank You.
I like to thank you for shearing you knowledge and experience, I'm from Mexico just a cross the border from Laredo texas and I doing a gas pipe line because you make me feel secure enough to do it by seeing your videos, ones again thank you for sharing.
Great information you have provided I been a welder for 38 yrs and your on point with great detail thanks for your service for all the new people wanting to learn the correct way
Great job on this video! I'm positive you helped some people struggling to pass their test. It would've helped me when I took mine. You do a wonderful job at explaining the different techniques and positioning needed to perform. I also like that you used a smaller diameter pipe size to test on. Is there a 6" video coming in the future? I hope so. Thanks for putting this out for the world!
Hey Jody, the what not to do was really helpful. that picture of the grind marks outside of the area that needed to be welded was really helpful. I know there's probably alot of people reading this comment thinking "well what did you expect" but I bet you those people learned the hard way too. Also sometimes as a beginner you don't know what trouble you can get into before you make little mistakes like that. Of course you learn upon mistakes but if I would of known what to avoid in the testing area that would of saved me lots of headaches and disappointment.
Another tip for the root pass if the keyhole gets out of control on ya. If the keyhole is getting too small, temporarily change the rod angle to leading angle so the arc force will open up the keyhole. If it is getting too big, increase the distance of the forward movement (within reason) or temporarily change rod angle to a drag angle until it's under control then return to a 90 degree rod angle. Don't be afraid to bump down the amperage if it is too out of control, but you have to always remember if you lower the juice too far in attempts to control the key hole size, you will loss arc density / arc stiffness, and the soft arc will not follow the movements you make with the rod very responsively - the arc may want to favor one side of the joint or the other.
He is putting the root in with 6010.you want to whip that.then he fills and caps with 7018.a lot of tests we take you cannot use a grinder.only a file.union boilermaker retired.local 107
Thank you for taking your time and sharing your videos with us Jodie! I've been welding for ten plus yrs, but I'm still learning something new every time i pick up a stinger, and definitely every time I watch one of your videos! THANKS!!
Thanks for the tips Jody! First test I took was schedule 80, 4" tube using 1/8" 309 filler (test for that company qualified me for both carbon and stainless). It was also the first time I welded with a purge. I passed it first shot, fresh out of school, but that was the last time I welded carbon for that company. Until the lay off, all I welded was 308, 317, and Hastelloy. Well, I forgot, we did do a few tanks that had Chromoly tubes.
Has anyone noticed if you are a welder to a good standard, you are usually good at any other hand eye co-ordination skills, I tried plastering a wall and it turned out good, I tried paint spraying a car and that worked a treat, but the theory ends when I try to hit a golf ball, so I guess that theory just went out the window !! Great Video as usual, I like the pipe videos best
I don't up hill pipe, I'm a pipeline welder. We use 6010 5p+ root passes down hill and as for me, especially on a test (6g or 5g) we take a gap toghter than that. the rod should just lay in between the bevels and the key hole close up behind you. If i were to take it that wide, and have to step the bead in, it would eather cause internal undercut or internal concavity causing failure of the test or if in the field possibly a bad xray.
Thanks Jody, Great video. I have been TIG welding for 30 years but I suck at stick welding. These videos have made a huge difference in my stick practice.
Wish we had UA-cam when I was younger, I needed to get a 3G Cert for a project we were doing, never heard of or knew anything about it, I’m by no means a professional welder so I asked the instructor about the levels with 6G being required for pipe welding so since it only cost me $35 I went for it, he told me I’d only get 3/16 in 4 forward and 4 backward bends and the first piece showed just a hair under 3/16, he looked up at me and said it didn’t look good...the last 7 pieces were perfect. I guess I’m just lucky.
I was a welder for 30 years a pipe fitter, I was pretty young just starting out as a welder and one of the old guys came over and told me if you have a perfect fit and nothing' pulls And you have a good fit, When you're putting in the root pass with 6010 It sounds like someone's frying bacon. He was so right By the way beautiful weld
I hate grinding out my steam pipe weld because the X-Ray person sees small spots of slag. I have been told that whipping the rod traps slag. So I use a 3/32 gap and 1/8 6010+ Rod. Once I am moving up the key hole there is no problem keeping the rod burning inside the pipe with no whip. In addition, I grind my tacks very thin and burn through them before I stop. On the lighter side, my eyes are so bad I need to use a 3.00 Meg. Cheater in my hood and 3.00 drug store reading glasses to TIG weld LOL. I am 65… One my year and I’m hanging it up ;-)
Thanks for that advice to just burn out the tack by feathering very thin... I will start doing that with tug as well I hate tacks I think I use more concentration on that more than anything
aronS:') hey man, I drag as well with no whip. The only difference is ur gap. The land, rod, bevel, and amperage all stays the same. That’s how I do it anyways
I took this test a few years ago. It had to be xrayed. I passed on my 3rd attempt. It was a UA test for the pipefitters. They were extremely critical. The first two were good, but they wouldn’t sent it to shoot it because of a tiny bit of undercut on the cap. Fortunately I passed 3rd attempt
totallysick88able not necessarily. I passed this test a few years ago working for the pipefitters. The thing is, once you have that cert you are considered for more jobs, but you still have to retest before you go on some jobs. You may not pass it a second time.
Just passed a 6g 2" sched 40 test yesterday with help specifically from this video. I dont know if you will ever see this but sincerely thank you, this info translated well for me and enabled me to succeed.
Mine burned up today literally , or my external protecting (Skin) on my gloves when doing Mag 136 on a HLO45. Saw some extra smoke and then all hell broke lose
I'm a structural welder for my company but I'm leaning more towards pipe welding. this will help me out when I have down time to weld my 6g practice test.
Hi Jody & Andrew. Great video. What's the purpose of twisting the Rod 270 degrees around the stinger? Shortens up your usable Rod for sure. Cheers Willy
the longer the rod the less stability you have of the Arc. sometimes I'll knock off some flux about 3 inches from the end of the rod and put my stinger there. nice video, just toke my first pipe test.
I guess it was also made to be able to put the lever of the holder at the back of your hand. Thus you get more firm fixation, and the weight of the holder+cable doesn't weigh on your fingers.
Almost as good arc shoots like in my newest video. But i run 6g 7018 all the way on 8.1x114 mm. Why do u run 6010 root when you got 7018 for cap? why not all With 7018?
I lprefer a big gap and about a 1/16 landing use 1/8 5p but i drag it for the stringer, clean the stringer pass turn it up a lil bit run a hot pass with 5p again , clean it then cap it with lohi 7018 either 3/32 or 1/8 doesnt matter looks like i rolled it when im done Have done about 1000 xray welds and have busted about 5 of em and mostly cause i was lazy and thought it was close but good enough. This is a good video. Good welder
I'm taking a similar test tomorrow. I'm hoping watching some videos will help calm the nerves. The only issue I've had in 6g is on my non dominant side it gets hard to move my body to maintain a drag travel between around 4 and 1 o clock.
Boy the welds look good, I've been welding for 10 years or so and just moved from Jersey to st Croix to work at an oil refinery, awesome video, I learned a lot!
This is the first video of yours I disagree with. that guy welding has his settings way too high, and he's not doing a good job keeping the rod buried in that gap. I wouldn't be surprised if he failed this test.
Anthony Madden I agree, were taught to push the rod in and drag to put a root in and not “whip” like this guy is doing in the video, settings do seem a little high keywhole seems to be getting away from him, thus having him set out of the puddle and come back into it to let it cool down
I went to welding school in 1973 and we learned to weld pipe with a 6010 root pass and a 7018 the rest of the way 50 years ago and is still being done the same way isn't that crazy imagine if your doctor or Dentist was doing the same procedure 50 years ago as he's doing today lol.
Thanks Jody and Andrew, I've been looking forward to this video! I hope there are more to come like this. Thank you for the time you put into all of your vids Jody!
To us at the institute of welding, when we did the x-ray tests, they did not accept the initial points, to hold the two parts together, there is a risk of not melting the material well at that point, we had to point plates, to keep united and straight the two parts, and as you went up with the weld they had to be removed, thus avoiding passing over the points between the pipes, first pass with a correct penetration, with the citoflex, and pass, final or more beads, with cytobasic, in any case an excellent hand and a good job, congratulations, sorry, for my translate english.
always find myslef getting the best information from you Thanks Again. im going for My F4 soon Boilermaker apprentice first year need to nail the Cap pass down having issues gettign the beads to blend nice when capping and having valleys in my cap.
A trick I learned when takin a weld test at the test lab is to stick a file in the top open end of the coupon to prop my off hand arm on . Or use a crescent wrench and close it on the open end tight to prop on . Helps keep me steady and not burn your arm on the hot pipe .
..the boilermaker slide..love it. This was a masterclass in small bore pipe butt welding. My days are gone, but I could almost smell the fumes. Happy days.
The last time I took this 2" sch80 was 13 years ago and didn't pass. Now I'm 6 1/2 hours from home getting ready to take it again. Gotta make that money
that was a great tip brother. I had never thought about starting up ahead if the keyhole gets too big, then coming back and fixing it later. Great tip. Alot of screwups would have been way easier for me if I had done just this.
Great vid... going back a long time ago to a post I left about not seeing the puddle, I did something that I had fear of and that was to drop the setting on my helmet to the lowest position and that fixed it.
Jodi!! I'm going for this test on Friday tssa Ontario Canada. I got a week's notice and I'm practicing as much as I can. What degree bevel is this coupon in the video? I am having a hell of a time getting my root and I've watched every video on UA-cam I can find for this procedure. My procedure on Friday is 37½° bevel 332 land and 332 gap. No matter what I do the keyhole just gets too big and everything gets ruined. The bevel in this video looks to be different from 37½?
Gracias
Thank you for sharing the video. Excellent techniques demonstrated. I am also a pipe welder. I have never seen the rod curled around the stinger. Is there any advantage? I know everyone has different techniques.
I used to weld pipe up hand or down hand with a considerably tighter gap than seen in the video.......often there was almost no gap or no gap at all after the pipe became hot and some sections would close up and there was no gap at all........You will have more control if you run the arc in a tight gap.........while too much gap can lead to problems. You will have less problems if you learn to weld with a tighter gap and less stepping or whipping the arc ( while no stepping or whipping the arc at all is better) ........and simply keep the arc buried in the tight gap and more or less drag the rod, whether up hand or down hand. .........And, just for fun you can also perform a cap pass with 7018 down hand..........Makes for a really smooth face......Try it and you will get used to it and figure out what to do.......Cheers
That 2' G position destructive test is a sticky one. I did one once where the coupon was cut in half at 12 and 6 bent one over the cap and one over the root. I kept it and is a doorstop now
Good video I wish it would have been around when I started 35 years ago. Your technic of using two hands is much more effective than Andrew's one handed method. If root face width, amperage, fit up gap, and rod angle are correct little or no oscillation of the 6010 electrode is necessary just adjustment of travel speed to maintain keyhole. It should be noted that most employers allow the fixture height and position to be adjusted during the test the pipe or tube just can not be rotated. In my experience as an AWS CWI the WPS doesn't normally dictate the length of tacks or the progression of quadrants welded. These would be supplemental instructions.
This is the most amasing video abaut of the weld,mi son is welder, and he speak wit pasión abaut these points,he comes back to home so hapie wen do these job 6g,to day he is welder.
I myself am a welder. I am from Russia. I see that the US has problems with welding. I would like to answer in a friendly way how to do welding. 1. Welding of a pipe is carried out without a gap, an electrode LB 2.5 mm(not 6 mm). This will be a completely new technology, it will need to be developed - the thickness of the pipe wall to make 10 mm. 2. Pipe welding. The first pass is performed by argon (TIG welding, tungsten welding). No gap. The thickness of the tube wall is 10 mm. You will need to enter a new standard. 3. Butt welding of plates. No gap. Electrode LB 2.5 mm. Plate thickness 8-10 mm.
This is the most common test here in Canada. Where I work, every new job or weld procedure at the minimum requires a test on 2" in the 6g, plus 1 or 2 jobsite qualifiers for each procedure on process piping. Mandatory renewal for each procedure every 2yrs. If you fail a test, no job. And generally if you fail 2 production welds, your employment is terminated.
I'm a retired welder, welding instructor and CWI. Second generation UA man. This is an excellent video. I can almost smell the 6010 smoke. Keep up the good work.
6010 has the best smell
Not really

glad it is working out bro
This info going into a weld test is invaluable, a lot of guys are going to nail their test because of this video, great stuff Jody
Wow nice welding
Couldn't agree more. Was great to emphasize the sound of the 6010 as it creates the keyhole. That'll be helpful well beyond the testing process

Not just that when he whips it far out the flux on a 6010 is quick freeze pretty much makes a tack weld
It's good

i watched this while panicking for my test so thank you for the kind words at the end because this video really helped

My day just got better...love your videos man!! I wanna see some mig vertical up with aluminum....can't find any tips on that!
Extremely easy welds. If you have a pulse welder then its brain dead simple to get a clean weld.
+Sackmatters let's assume I'm not using a mig machine with pulse lol
Nathan Hamler lol. What are you using?
+Sackmatters millermatic 251
Nice machine, ive got a tweco 211i.

Passed my welding test, failed the drug test
Can’t seem to get both of them on the same project
No offense intended...figure out which pays more and quit the other....had the similar issue, finally got it right.

Thanks Jody, Great video. I have been TIG welding for 30 years but I suck at stick welding. These videos have made a huge difference in my stick practice.
1/16 gap. 1/8 landing and 1/8 5P+ at 110amp. Jam and roll. Never fails.
What size of rod, so ill try
1/8" and downhill with dig +10
Wish we had UA-cam when I was younger, I needed to get a 3G Cert for a project we were doing, never heard of or knew anything about it, I’m by no means a professional welder so I asked the instructor about the levels with 6G being required for pipe welding so since it only cost me $35 I went for it, he told me I’d only get 3/16 in 4 forward and 4 backward bends and the first piece showed just a hair under 3/16, he looked up at me and said it didn’t look good...the last 7 pieces were perfect. I guess I’m just lucky.
Tanks for this vidéos !
This is thé first vidéo who show body positions to make good welding
I was a welder for 30 years a pipe fitter, I was pretty young just starting out as a welder and one of the old guys came over and told me if you have a perfect fit and nothing' pulls And you have a good fit, When you're putting in the root pass with 6010 It sounds like someone's frying bacon.
He was so right
By the way beautiful weld
Which
aronS:') hey man, I drag as well with no whip.

Man once you pass this test and get your 6g cert, your set up to make some real $$
totallysick88able just passed mine last week. I have to do this test tomorrow but 2 g
totallysick88able not necessarily. I passed this test a few years ago working for the pipefitters. The thing is, once you have that cert you are considered for more jobs, but you still have to retest before you go on some jobs. You may not pass it a second time.
I come from the future to let you know your video is currently helping me pass a test. thanks a ton.
Just passed a 6g 2" sched 40 test yesterday with help specifically from this video. I dont know if you will ever see this but sincerely thank you, this info translated well for me and enabled me to succeed.
As an exoffshore welder, i miss the smell of burned gloves.
Mine burned up today literally , or my external protecting (Skin) on my gloves when doing Mag 136 on a HLO45. Saw some extra smoke and then all hell broke lose
ben hamzah how much did you make?
ben hamzah I have been away from welding for a few years but I miss the smell of burning rods
I passed this 6G weld test! Only been welding for 3 months in the VIP program (Army) for the UA.
7:52 i was ready to nod my head to drop my helmet haha
Lmao! 😂😂😂😂
funny me too,,lol
Aww fuck that happens sometimes to me too.
I'm a structural welder for my company but I'm leaning more towards pipe welding. this will help me out when I have down time to weld my 6g practice test.
Will never miss leg day welding in this position 😏👌🏽
Preparing for my certification tests right now, these videos are very helpful. Thanks
Hi Jody & Andrew.
Great video. What's the purpose of twisting the Rod 270 degrees around the stinger?
Shortens up your usable Rod for sure.
Cheers
Willy
+Mark Fryer just something Andrew does to shorten the rod. Personally never tried it.
the longer the rod the less stability you have of the Arc. sometimes I'll knock off some flux about 3 inches from the end of the rod and put my stinger there. nice video, just toke my first pipe test.
Bill Blackburn.
I guess it was also made to be able to put the lever of the holder at the back of your hand. Thus you get more firm fixation, and the weight of the holder+cable doesn't weigh on your fingers.
Prevents shakes and gives you a wider rotation on your movement.
This is awesome. I'm super nervous about my 6g test but this is gonna help a hell of a lot
Jody, I wish you cloud've been my welding instructor lol
Man there is so much I don’t know about welding! Great video.
Almost as good arc shoots like in my newest video. But i run 6g 7018 all the way on 8.1x114 mm. Why do u run 6010 root when you got 7018 for cap? why not all With 7018?
Try an open with 7018.You use chill ring or ceramic ring.
6010 has best penetration.
what you want to run has nothing to do with what the test calls for or what a customer wants in a weld procedure
Northern Sweden Welding 6010 root is the way I’ve always been shown. Better penetration
Nice obserwation
I lprefer a big gap and about a 1/16 landing use 1/8 5p but i drag it for the stringer, clean the stringer pass turn it up a lil bit run a hot pass with 5p again , clean it then cap it with lohi 7018 either 3/32 or 1/8 doesnt matter looks like i rolled it when im done Have done about 1000 xray welds and have busted about 5 of em and mostly cause i was lazy and thought it was close but good enough. This is a good video. Good welder
Iv been waiting for a 6G vid lol
He's got a few other ones, with tig/stick, 2" and 6", and a 6" 6010 root
me to
The best welding channel.
whats going on with the whirly-do rod in the stinger technique there?
I'm wondering that too. I've never seen that before.
welders bend the rod to reduce the length and improve the angle to the work surface.
Thanks for the insight Jim!
Also allows you to reach the top of the pipe without having to lift your whole arm up so high
I'm taking a similar test tomorrow. I'm hoping watching some videos will help calm the nerves. The only issue I've had in 6g is on my non dominant side it gets hard to move my body to maintain a drag travel between around 4 and 1 o clock.
I hate you guys and your steady hands ;)
Boy the welds look good, I've been welding for 10 years or so and just moved from Jersey to st Croix to work at an oil refinery, awesome video, I learned a lot!
Doug.the.welder yo you got a contact for that job heard it’s a good one😂
This is the first video of yours I disagree with. that guy welding has his settings way too high, and he's not doing a good job keeping the rod buried in that gap. I wouldn't be surprised if he failed this test.
he can't even sustaine the 7018 arc, he's cold on that one!
Everyone has a different technique. Let's see your video.
Anthony Madden I put a 1/8 land on it and ran with 1/8 6010. It ran way better than 3/32.
Anthony Madden same. I had to crank down by about 10 amps on root and cover.
Красивый шов.
Ага!
Зато меня потешило на 5.42!!!
Это пучок электродов у сварщика в заднем кармане!
Это видать заместо термопинала!🤭🤭😂😂😂

Thanks for the video ,am a grade 3 student but am going getting more interesting in welding and expanding my dream of becoming a better welder
Looks like schedule 40, in Houston Chemical Plant lately we only use TIG on every pipe weld , nicely done!!!
..the boilermaker slide..love it. This was a masterclass in small bore pipe butt welding. My days are gone, but I could almost smell the fumes.
Happy days.
The last time I took this 2" sch80 was 13 years ago and didn't pass. Now I'm 6 1/2 hours from home getting ready to take it again. Gotta make that money
good luck bro, hope you make it. keep burning that rod.
Hello, first i would like to say thanks ...its always good to keep learning , and you do a great job of informing us all here in youtube...
that was a great tip brother. I had never thought about starting up ahead if the keyhole gets too big, then coming back and fixing it later. Great tip. Alot of screwups would have been way easier for me if I had done just this.
Sufyan
,
this video really motivates me in doing my job. I hope it also educates others, thanks for all the knowledge👍🏻
Best welding tutorial UA-camr!!!
Great vid... going back a long time ago to a post I left about not seeing the puddle, I did something that I had fear of and that was to drop the setting on my helmet to the lowest position and that fixed it.
I’m a fab welder and I have mad respect for the boiler guys because I know your 9 to 5 is 100% welding in bad positioning.
Weldmonger good video, these young people need this type of information.

It's a good video for me, because I am working with two inch pipelines. Thank you guyys👍👍👍
cool videos man. I'm a 3rd yr apprentice and appreciate your UA test demo videos and tips and tricks. Thanks!
This is great! I saw a video resendy this Jong guy waking at the pipe line showing his skills and only 180 subscribers l hope one day he be recognized
I kept it and is a doorstop now
Thank you so much for you videos, help me lot i really appreciate... God bless Sir.
Sending you a big hug from Argentina🇦🇷🇦🇷❤🇺🇲🇺🇲
Great tips, thanks for posting Jody. Shout out from TSTC-Hutto,TX!
342 UA Welder Here Retired......Nice looking Weld
Thanks Chap, most helpful, been welding for 20 years but the time has come for the big test :) Help! :)
My AWS 6G weld test was 6 inch schedule 80 with 1/8 6010 root, and 1/8 7018 fill and cover all stringer passes no wash passes!
Where in Canada is this?
