Even if she were a transphobe I wouldn't think any less of her.
Exactly. I know good people who are racist. I don't like that about them, but it doesn't blind me to their virtues.
They keep targeting her Andrew, because she is primarily a children's author. Doesn't matter that she is correct, what matters is that she is in the way of their target audience and that is why they keep trying to tear her down or at least discredit her.
She writes books for adults too. Like the one about the faux-trans woman who assaults a cis woman.
Are her books released by PUFFIN by any chance??
Correct, that's what most men don't understand, and why women are standing up against the indoctrination in schools.
@@sa9861Lol
@@partyringsparty
Her books are works of FICTION.
JK Rowling is brilliant courageous and a believer of Freedom of Speech… like I believe. ❤️🇨🇦
Ah yes "free speech" the arrogant bigot's get-out-of-jail-free card.
@@partyringsparty
Are you an American? Because if you are, your comment is foolish.
@@hyacinthlynch843 UN directives specifically mention hate speech as not included as free speech. US law doesn’t take this into account, because of something a load of old white men wrote in the 18th century 🦅
Boy, you really do sound foolish.
I've not really been following the whole JK thing, but with the recent Harry Potter game releasing, I noticed it was trending on twitter. I clicked to satisfy my curiosity and wow I was quite shocked at the absolute vitriol and hate coming from the tans community there. Anyone who played the game was a transphobe, they set up a tracking system for streamers so they could hunt them down and harass them online and posts revealing the games ending lol. The irony was jaw dropping.
They've been been training in McCarthyist tactics.
This is the problem with people who spend too much time in safe spaces. They simply aren't accustomed to having their ideas scrutinised.
It's more than that. The average daft SJW might just be too fragile - but for those organizing and pushing this ideology, it's very deliberate and smart. If you know your ideas are bad and won't survive examination, you must make examination all but impossible. It's like a cult - the first thing they do is cut "believers" off from anyone in their life who might talk sense to them.
This Woke/SJW mania is a cult - and a dangerous one, at that.
Says the person who spends all the time with other likeminded bigots.
JK doesn't give a toss what people say or do. Sticks and Stones. 🤣🤣🤣
Stop being afraid of their language. You are giving them power. Desperately explaining why you're not "transphobes" means you've already submitted to their framing. The correct response is "I don't care," "yes, and I like it," or "go away pervert."
EXACTLY
We really need to stop denying we are what they accuse us of being when what they accuse us of being basically doesn't exist
we're not transphobic .... it's transrevulsion. we're sick of having sexual fetishism forced down our throats.
It's just wordplay and bad faith arguments
thanku andrew 😊
Thank you for speaking up on behalf of JK Rowling…. What is being said against her is pure bullocks …
This is why I love Andre Doyle and why he's one of my favourite on GB News and in general. He isnt rude. He is reasonable and very articulate.
Well said. 😎👍
It's essential to churn out propaganda to bring her down as it just won't do that something so famous and beloved not only knows the emperor is starkers but lets everyone else know. ❤her.
I'm amazed how these people twist facts to fit their desperation to be right even when at heart they know their wrong ...its so sick
Im sick of all this Woke rubbish that means we can't speak about anybody for any issue that concerns us.
Stay asleep.

This keeps on happening - people dignifying the meaningless term "transphobia" with a response. It's like denying "Islamophobia".
Exactly. This. Stop using THEIR language to defend yourself!!
WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY cannot woke people respect other people's opinions. If they cannot do so, then why should their opinion be respected? The criticise Rowling for upsetting people, but I am sure she is right, that is not her intent. However, if a woman has to change in the presence of a trans women or compete against a trans woman, I suppose their becoming upset must not be accounted. Pure bigotry.
JK is totally correct. Women account for around 50% of the population. Trans are 0.01%. why should the vast majority suffer.
Consequences to teaching WHAT to think instead of HOW TO THINK!
Useful when educating factory fodder not much help in this technological world.
Why sell poppies to small children then?
I've tried to find her alledged comments and wasn't able to a think. What did she actually say that was so bad (nothing I suspect)?
She said "GB news comments section people unite".

JK Rowling said what all of those people think, but they just dont say it out loud.. they are to scared to loose their career.. it make loop of lies and believes in things like that.
Another saying
"JK Rowling isn't transphobic, you're just woke"
Andrew Doyle’s so damn good. Just like Douglas Murray.
thank you Andrew; much appreciated. Sarah. New Zealand
Why does being on the "right" side of history mean being on the wrong side of reality?
Been looking for this after seeing a bunch of dumb videos assuming JK Rowling is "transphobic".
I wonder whether the celebrities who got where they are on the back of her novels and are now so disgusted by her, will feel moved to empty their bank accounts of this sullied money? How could they bear to keep it? Perhaps they could donate it to trans charities? Something tells me that they won't be putting their money where their mouths are....
Most people agree with the saviour for womem
and yet everyone is woke signalling, interesting seeing as 'most people' don't want it.
You know this just annoys me even more cus i spent weeks being bullied by them for dareing to play Hogwarts legacy and i always said i dont care what she has said or done i keep the art separate from the artist. And now i find out that she actuly wasn’t even acting in the way these people was accusing her of being.
These people need to get over themselves and stop looking for things to be outraged about cus life is too short for that sorta thing
The fact that they bullied you for playing the video game shows how self righteous and narcissistic these people are.
If I had a euro for every gender there is then I would have ……….2 euro and some counterfeits . When I grow up I’m going to be a fisherthey

This was way cooler on that Trust Fund Ozu song
just denounce the whole trans thing as nonsense because it is, rowling is right that a man cant be a women but she goes on about trans rights, the fact is these ill people have the same rights as the rest of us, its celebs who help push trans victimhood nonsense

Trans phobia ? A phobia is a fear..
We don't fear them!..we reached a stage of full grown pity..
We reached a stage where people are either too dumb or lazy to do research. What are you?
What exactly is a 'trans right' anyway?
Does anyone know?
A demand for privileges that the rest of us neither have nor want: to lie, to obtain fraudulent documents, to threaten free of consequences, to bleed the health system dry, to invade the wrong single-sex spaces, to mock other demographics through tawdry mimicry, to overturn society, to distort our common language . . .
A tool used to piss off and confuse old white privileged folk, of course
I know. It's the right to devalue and take away someone else's right (to free speech, to privacy, to safety) because your feelings are more important than theirs.
How will they look back upon / teach about these times in a historical context when looking back to now from some point in the future.
There once was a time where some intolerant hicks made comments on youtube and no one cared and then eventually they kept quiet.
It'll be a laugh a minute I'm sure. They'll prob teach it in a special 'oddities of history' or 'mass hysteria' section along with the witch trials and satanic panic
Andrews Doyles not a racist. Picasso wasn't a genius..
He wasn't. IN MY OPINION.
Trouble is objective truth isn't my opinion.
Why can't trans ideologues meet us half way? So, so many of us don't have issues with men dressing as a women might, and gender conformity is just silly. However, there are absolutely a category of men in which cross dressing goes hand in hand with their being predators. Russell Williams is a perfect example.
Excellent account. I think the plague of *****phobia accusations (Islam etc) are lazy but, more seriously a type of gaslighting. You have a different opinion on a complex topic, therefore you have a mental health condition. Close to medicalising dissent. Or do these types think that an arachnophobe is someone who disagrees with the opinions of spiders?
Don't think she's to bothered either way.
