- The “religious zealotry” of the idea that trans-women are women is falling apart due to backlash against the ideology, says Author Douglas Murray.
“Individuals speaking up makes a difference,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“As it should because it defies reality.
“I’m sorry that there are some people who are taking an awfully long time to get there.”
It is beyond belief that a lady has to cry in public, shout her discomfort at having to share her personal space with a strange male, and nobody defends her, and she is the one who has to be " educated"???!!!!

Who cares? We had coed changing busses when we changed into our marching band uniforms. Boys and girls changed together & nobody felt uncomfortable. If they did, there was an all female bus to change on, but it was almost always empty. We decided on the changing arrangements ourselves. The adults really had no idea. They thought we were changing separately. In any case, we all knew each other. There were like 150 or 200 of us. So don't tell me about a "strange male" when obviously they know each other quite well & there were probably no complaints until conservative a$$hats made it one. That girl is just hamming it up for attention & media coverage. I mean, she was totally faking tears on the news for attention to her "plight"

I recently stumbled upon a Reddit group for detransitioners and those questioning their transition. It is incredibly eye-opening and honestly heartbreaking to read the stories. People treat top and bottom surgery as if it's teeth whitening or a chemical peel. It has life consequences and it is NOT a case of a few anecdotal accounts, as NPR recently said in passing in a news story.

I would never trust a psychologist or psychiatrist who believe this condition should be enabled. When a schizophrenic says someone is following them we don’t get into a car accident trying to speed them away from their perceived threat. We love them and try to help them. We don’t pretend too and enable them.

She's a single mom with 2 kids and they're trying to tank her career because her beliefs don't align with theirs. She's currently still working, her boss had no issues with her, no reprimands, nothing. It's really frightening, especially when you consider all of the occupations that have licensing bodies overseeing them.

I think that trans people are leaving themselves wide open to allegations of sexual abuse. If they were in a womens' space - a changing room or similar - the other women could make all manner of allegations which would then involve the police. As regards trans people in sport - if all the other women - the real women - point blank refused to compete against them, then it isn't much of a race if there is only one person, the trans person, competing.

For women sports, the simple answer is for those athlete's, refuse to take part.
It really sucks, but a boycott would be effective for the next batch. They might even benefit from it personally. If they boycott at state level, maybe they can still compete at nationals if they win the political fight. Or if they boycott world championships, then maybe they can have a trans-free Olympics.
