Going to really apply that "stop consuming and just focus on you" principle. It really makes sense... if we're constantly watching content, we're going to subconsciously replicate what we already see instead of creating something profound!
That’s really cool man, glad you resonated with that moment. Saw you posted your third video yesterday…that’s awesome dawg. Keep it rolling and thanks for consuming 🙏
I just want to say thank you for utilizing the youtube podcast system the right way. I love being able to watch your podcast on UA-cam on my TV and be able to get in my car and listen to the podcast from where I left off on the UA-cam Music app!!!
@@CalebRalston I do. It's funny I didn't realize most people don't watch UA-cam on TV. That's really the only way I watch it, unless I'm at work and have to watch on my phone. I even do the work around for shorts. It's just so easy to cast my screen to my TV queue a bunch of videos and enjoy.
So I’m new here and i misread the title as “how to grow a strong beard” and saw the thumbnail, so it made sense. Glad i stayed though, I feel inspired to start a podcast now.
Something crazy is that Caleb says they're just in the beginning woth a team of 13 people in a single department of an already massive company. I have my detailing business with 2 W2s and 1 1099 lol. That hits in a positive way
Well done both of you - Caleb you were spot on in NEW ways of helping me to think based on your years of experience and observational skills that you can communicate for me to understand - you have much wisdom in your youth - keep it up. I can see you helping others as you are part of their team you will have your own to serve others with .
I don't know how many times I wanted to click the like button again during this episode! This changed the way I think about brand and the brand journey, right away I'm reverse engineering what I want to be known for and how I get to being known for that.
omg guys so much value. I really enjoyed your conversation. For anyone who is in content somehow especially in business content is definitely must watch period
@@CalebRalston I want to express my gratitude towards you. I truly believe the Lord has used you to confirm that is okay for me to slow down. I do not have to create fast paste content. This is a great reminder for me to focus on quality instead of quantity.🙏
Great conversation. Loved the chat about creative leadership and hearing the BTS of working with Alex and Leila. I made a short based on my key takeaway. 🙌
At the 15:00 mark: Alex already changed his delivery. He’s currently doing the whiteboard teaching method. His last video has tons of positive comments on this teaching style vs. the block captions with emojis. I think he stays on the forefront of trends.
This is the problem with rich folk like the Hormozis getting on UA-cam. They can afford to pay for teams of 12+ people, from the start. The sheer amount of volume they can produce keeps the "little guy" always behind. We newbies can't compete with this. Also, has Hormozi actually taught anything of practical value? Or does he just write pretty words that make us feel things (things he's already determined ahead of time for us to feel)?
I believe this guy worked for hormozi because he literally copies hormozis voice and vocab. Like he sounds and speaks exactly like Alex hormozi. Must have spent a lot of time around him.
Thank you again for having me on Omar 🙏 appreciate you man
Round 2 coming Sunmer 2024
This guy.....This is THE GUY
i’ve always wanted to listen or learn from caleb but never had the chance until the podcast. thank you omar and caleb for bringing this together

Thanks for leaving this comment - was a really cool insight to see, dude :)
Are you consuming the majority of your podcasts on YT?

This was a great chat on what it takes to build a brand and all the thoughtful processes and times it takes to acquire that knowledge.

Let’s get it !!
Had my phone off and thought this was Hormozi.
I was like “why is Alex talking in third person? Is this a new strategy?” 😂
You’re wild lol
I’ve been waiting for this
Great content!
Thank you!
thanks dude
Caleb is cool. We need more of him.
Just trying to be as cool as you

Love this so far!
Appreciate you! What was your biggest takeaway?
Key words being “so far” 👊😂 thanks for watching homie!
I hope Caleb doesn't find this weird/offensive but he does sound like Alex sometimes. And I mean that in a good way.
I don’t find it weird or offensive :) appreciate the comment Jesse!
And it’s an incredible compliment even if I don’t see it myself.
Love the convo! Love the Toque even more!
Appreciate you fam!
Thanks man 🙏 the brand is called ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ and I am a huge fan of their shit

Why is a “gut feeling” not useful?
Title is a miss, didn’t match the content. This is way more about culture, leadership, and an organization. No mention of brand.
sorry Omar but Kanye is not running any game.
