Loved seeing your previous creations as I only found you in Sept. last year. You're truly amazing and so talented. PS Please don't change in anyway. You said on your last video that some people had commented that you were too "robotic" I think that was the word. If you listen to social media enough you'll lose yourself. We don't want to lose YOU!

Sorry you were insulted like that. I watch many others, and YOU are the standard I hold them to! I have noticed some even copy some of your ways. Imitation is supposed to be flattering, so don't listen to the naysayers. Your style may not be to everyone's liking, but please don't change. Be yourself and let them go to shorts on Tik Tok if you are not fast enough for them, LOL. TFS

@CanterburyCottage Hi Sherry! I appreciate everything you do from your amazing DIYs to the precise way you pronounce your words (I have hearing loss due to severe tinnitus and have problems following fast speech. Some UA-camrs speed through their videos like auctioneers to fit in as much content as possible.). Don’t ever change just to please someone who made a negative comment. Most likely they just want to start an online argument with anyone who will argue back. Those of us who are your loyal subscribers love you just the way you are and that’s why we are here for every video! And let me say that I loved the library card coasters, especially since one is from Cleveland where I am originally from 😁. Your subscriber, Debbie

    Dear Sherry,
I remember and loved every one of these projects! I made 14 of the 20 of them! Some, l reproduced twice and the Library Coasters w/ Caddy, l made those 7 times . (YES, SEVEN TIMES!) I didn’t sell any of them, they were all gifts! One set was actually a “Replacement” for myself, as my weekend guest “Stole” them right off the nightstand in my guest-room ! I didn’t notice until the next day when l went in to change the bedding and clean the room. She left a note on the nightstand right where the coasters had been. A letter of thanks and a apology for “stealing” them. Of course, l didn’t mind and l was flattered that she liked them that much! My personal favorite was your “Book Table” which l made two of. Thank goodness they’re too large to be “Stolen” without me noticing right away! I hope 2022 is full of Love, Happiness and Good Health for you and yours! Many thanks for all the joy and inspiration that you have given me! ♥️♥️♥️

    My 3 favorite words,
    " Let's get started."
These words never disappoint and neither did this video. My favorite was right at the top, the scale made from a clock and wood. I had been bidding for months on different scales on an auction site. Imagine my delight when I could make one just the way I wanted and the size I wanted. Bye, bye pricy auction site hello my favorite inspiration piece.
Happy New Year Sherry. You are such an inspiration. By the way, you are not alone you have thousands of people who love you. God bless you sweet lady.

So fun to see these projects all together. The Basket with beads is so pretty natural. I'm going to be looking for a basket I can do to this with now. :) That suitcase clock is genius! And the sweet little framed pin cushion is so pretty. I'm impressed with the lamp base/lazy susan turned into a little table. It's beautiful. And the work you put into them would tire me out. Second, YOU ABSOLUTELY DESERVE A CRAFT ROOM OF YOUR OWN! In that huge home you have, why are you working in your living areas? and on the floor? Especially with power tools? Of all these projects, I absolutely LOVE the pin cushion and the fern planter! You are a born teacher who makes me think,”why didn’t I think of that? I too agree. Please don't change. I love the way you explain everything you do. I said in a comment in one of your previous videos, I love the way you explain something and never ever take too much time. I dislike watching someone sand a piece of wood until it's perfect or watch a person spray paint something until they are done painting. You are concise and easy to understand We get the jist of what you are doing. It's amazing that you can pack so much into one video with a good explanation of how you do your DIY's and other people spend the same amount of time to show us one, maybe two DIYs. I absolutely love your channel. Do NOT change anything. We all love you just the way you are. PS: The book lamp is my favorite of all of these. Also, I would love to know in what town and shop your booth is located.

I spent hours sewing a pair of Osh Kosh overalls for my small son staying up until 2:00 in the morning to finish them. I was so excited the next day to try them on him. The overalls fit and were so cute. However, my son, who previously loved wearing store-bought overalls, hated them and refused to wear them. I know the disappointment that comes with a flop project, but we learn from each experience. That was 30 some years ago and I can chuckle about it now. Oh, the pains we go to to “make it ourselves “ !

The fern in the old chandelier is magnificent, but my absolute favourite is the white girl and boy busts where you drilled holes in their heads and stuck in some greenery. I've been on the hunt for a bust to thrift ever since! 😊

Thank you, Linden! I liked those, too. I don’t see busts very often at the thrift store either. You could always spray paint a bronze colored one should you come across one of those. Good luck!

The book lamp. It just reminds me of my mother in law who was a librarian and if she seen this she would have made me make her one. 🥰

My favorite was in! The fall alarm clock with the mouse. I ordered two cheap alarm clocks from Amazon and have plans to make one for everyday and one for Christmas. Thank you! Love your channel.

I’ve been thinking I’ll do another alarm clock project for spring. I thrifted a clock for Christmas and didn’t use it. So, glad you liked that one.

Loved them all but had to chuckle at the #1, tiny books. Only an English teacher would think that was her #1! Ha!!
Happy 2022 and keep it up. Blessings.

Interesting to see the projects that were the most popular. I guess that makes me totally out of step because they weren’t my favourites at all!! I loved the table made from the large book so I’m glad that was included. But the absolutely epitome of all your creativity, love of fun and skill was the Christmas village. There is no way that wouldn’t have been included. I think it’s the best I’ve seen online. But it doesn’t count as a transformation from a thrift buy so that has to go to the bird print using 2 frames

I liked the bird in a leaf dupe and your botanicals. The prices on the 'real' ones was outrageous! The little clock with the tiny wood mouse is darling. The mouse reminded me of a pair I had that were scatter pins. One was smaller than the other. The book table was cool as were your mini books...Oh what the heck! They were all great. I have an old gum-ball machine that I was hoping to dupe one I saw years ago. I forget now where I saw one that they had painted what looked like more of an off white or linen white, and filled with pearls, I still need more pearls. Oh, the jewelry box book was great too. Thank you for sharing. 🥰

My favorite project was the thrifted metal art/leaves spray painted gold and attached to a frame. I will be on the lookout for metal art the next time I am at the thrift store! Loved seeing these projects from the past year too.

I think I am going to attempt to do your bird on a leaf project because I have a great big gaudy Orange leaf that I bought from hobby lobby at 90% off. I have all kinds of birds so that will work out perfectly. I hope it comes out half as nice as yours. I would even settle for 25% as nice as yours. 😂

Hi Sherry...I got tickled over your book box project...all I could think was "Whan that Aprille with his shoures soote." Had a flashback and recalled most of the opening to the Canterbury Tales. We had to memorize in high school! Love your videos🙂

Was watching this late, you were doing each step of the botanicals with a good deal of kitty involvement- my brain said- I then glued my kitty’s paw to the dried flower from my garden.🤔🐈🐈 as always you’ve inspired. Elizabeth
