I'm truly grateful for flavcity I learned so much about food and Grocery shopping from him.
You have to shop.the sales, it's ALMOST a budget friendly WF. Their seafood is absolutely delicious. Their fruits and veggies go on sale all the time. New items you never heard of. All organic, keto, paleo friendly. Nut milks galore. Eggs galore cage free grass fed..they do have regular processed foods but you got to hunt for them. Wellness department is spacious and great. This store is 2.1 miles from me and I'm healthier for it!!
We had a HUGE Earth Fair built in Boynton Beach, FL THEN it went out of business a few months later. I thought it was a lower priced WF.
@@jillievanilli1767 I used to love Earthfare. Was so sad when they went under. The one in my area was a little pricey, but definitely better than Whole Foods. The best thing about Earthfare was their employees. They were always so knowledgeable and friendly.
Crazy enough, where I live in California, Sprouts is considered one of the cheaper stores! A dollar goes a lot farther here than it does at Raley's or Safeway!
The Sprouts app has amazing coupons, and you get notifications for their sales. Even without the coupons they are less expensive than Whole Foods. As for Thrive Market, Sprouts prices are at least as good unless Thrive is having a sale. 🙂
Vitacost is way better than thrive market, I wish more ppl would check them out. They offer discount codes all the time, plus sales on sales.
Thanks for telling me about the app. I always get their $5 or $10 off coupons and always shop their Bogo, & sales on grass fed beef. Their fresh produce is usually cheaper as well. The processed items cost the most there.Sprouts also has the best tahini, made in Israel, their store brand.
Yeah I feel like I was the only one who used the app coupons. They always thought I was an employee when I ask to enter my #.
Before watching flavcity, I never read food label. Now I read and compare every single one. Got to know what I ate. Thanks.
Without a doubt , Sprouts has by far the best Deli in America and you can honestly probably say the world. You cannot take that lightly

The Houston Heights Sprouts is my favorite grocery store! Tons of things you can't buy anywhere else and the employees are very friendly. Try the Goldthread Tonics!
That coconut roll is amazing I love sprout I work two job's to make ends meet but the sales in sprout are better than any supermarket especially the brown organic large eggs sometimes I get it for .99$
I always shop at Sprouts. Love the layout of their stores. Easy to look around in the produce department and their meat department and breads are fantastic.
The pie from the bread section by the entrance. Homemade sugar free and scrumptious. Affordable too!

Some of the best sales to look out for that they regularly have (other than produce) are for Muir Glen tomatoes and Rao's. Also look for the clearance cart in your store.
I love coconut bliss. Mint chip and walnut brownie is my go to. The snow monkey was interesting. It has a sorbet texture. Siete potatoes chips are so good! Love the Chipotle bbq.
I just came across your videos in my quest to educate myself further on the KETO/Paleo diet/lifestyle!! I've been following the KETO/Paleo diet for the past month and I'm already feeling so much better physically. I have osteoarthritis and have had to have 4 major joint replacement surgeries & I've been on the major weight gain/weight loss roller coaster my entire life and I'm so over it. I'm on a quest, at the ripe age of 61, at making a permanent lifestyle change that is both successful in it's results and sustainable over time. That's where the KETO/Paleo diet/lifestyle change comes in. I think I've finally found the key to my success & that's the KETO/Paleo diet/lifestyle. I'm excited about this & I'm super focused on educating myself. That being said, today I found one of your videos in my suggested viewing que so I watched it. Now I'm a fan. Your videos in combination with a couple of other KETO friendly channels that I follow are going to make a huge difference in my life. I'm very particular about which channels I watch. You've made the cut! Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to some binge watching of your videos.
LOVE SPROUTS! Especially when they have discontinued organic items.lol just purchased organic spices in glass jars for a little over a dollar!!
For my dairy friends, sprouts sells a strawberry ice cream sandwich, (Aldens brand); they are AWESOME. Made with real strawberries! Yum!

In general I like thrive market but a complaint that I have is sometimes the items that I receive seem to have been sitting for a while because they have a very short shelflife. In one case I ordered a salami, dry salami, that expired in less than a month upon receipt. I felt like I was getting things that have been sitting for a while in a warehouse or some thing. I would just say be very careful what you order and how much because it may expire soon.
Yes, this has happened to me quite a few times with Thrive. I got some of the Thrive brand Sesame Tahini, and the expiration date was like a week later.
Our Sprouts in Jacksonville has a brand of bread called Chompies. It has the lowest carbs of every bread that I looked at. The taste is find for me.

Saw this video from 2019. Not sure if/when Sprouts went nationwide, but a friend hooked me up with a Sprouts store here in Greenville, SC. Have never been, myself, (hubby and I are big fans of Whole Fds and TJ.) but I think there's a Sprouts field trip in this retired teacher's future!

Sprout's has been my go to for years. Stopped shopping at WF since discovering Sprout's. Sprout's has the best seafood and it's on sale a lot. The orgsinc produce is great. They also have any and almost all the healthy products you're looking for.

If you’re a potato chip fan I can concur on those Siete kettle chips being world class. Wish they were readily available. I would’ve bought that entire stock especially at that price.
Are you able to do a video for people that cannot eat dairy? It’s very hard to find healthy foods without dairy. My whole family is either allergic or intolerant to either casein and/or lactose!
I second this! Started dairy free life two months ago, feel so much better but man its hard. Worst part is everything that doesn't have dairy seems to have soy...
Yes! We are lactose free, too! There are a ton of amazing deals at Sprouts for lactose free (and all allergens for that matter)
My mom is addicted to those coconut rolls, I work at sprouts so I’m always getting those for her 😂. Also we tend to have super good sales! I work In pricing so I usually know when prices are decent

I shop Aldi and Sprouts every Wednesday. Sprouts here in Towson has great sushi roll specials. Aldi has the best prices everyday for veggies and fruits.

Would really like to know more about Maltodextrin. Is it the same as inulin, paradextrin, and modified starch? Some reports say it spikes blood sugar and report on inulin says it lowers it.
Cocojune yogurt from Sprouts is the most delicious coconut milk-based yogurt that I have ever found. And it would be Bobby approved if Bobby ever took any notice of it. They have lemon elderflower, strawberry rhubarb, chamomile vanilla and a plain one that doubles as a vegan or non-dairy sour cream, that actually tastes like sour cream!!! It's my favorite product at Sprouts. They also have organic pastured eggs for the cheapest price that you can find anywhere.
Yes! I just bought some a few weeks ago because Sprouts had a Bogo coupon for it. It was delicious. 🙂

Those Siete chips, I believe, are more national than hinted at here. I live in Michigan and my local Fresh Thyme (Sprouts mid-western brother I think) has all of them, even the churro crisps.

Please review Sown Oat Creamer sold at sprouts. This is the only store that seems to carry it.
Snow monkey could use some more stevia or monk fruit but it’s good, very good macros, I only tried one flavor but it was a year I can’t remember I think it was chocolate

Hi Bobby and Brad...love you but I'm confused about the 12 grams of sugar in the ice cream, I thought that in the foods you recommend, 12 g is alot.
I will try coconut bliss,but YOU HAVE to try The Forager Project ice cream! Oh .em.geeee! The ingredients are pretty clean(not perfect cause it has organic cane sugar),but the texture is AMAZING! My husband actually likes this one ( he prefers dairy),my little cousin who is lactose intolerant LOVES it now because I brought her some,and as for me....IM OBSESSED! I love their mint chip WAY MORE than I ever did with dairy mint chip!🤤🤤

Check out the boulder olive oil potato chip. I can get a bag of that at Sam’s Club by me for a really good deal. It’s literally three ingredients potato, olive oil, salt and that’s it.

Can someone explain why coconut oil in products is suggested when it is so high in saturated fats. For people with high cholesterol that's a no..
thats not true, healthy sat fats dont cause cholesterol to go up, inflammatory foods(canola oil, ect) and refined carbs do.
Thank you Bobby! Susan, he's right. Saturated fats do not cause high cholesterol. Consuming dietary cholesterol has no affect on serum cholesterol. It's a myth that has been debunked many times, but unfortunately you don't hear that in mainstream nutrition/medicine because then they wouldn't make any money if they healthy.

Also, you know what is also not American… coffee. Unless it’s from Hawaii or Puerto Rico, which is rare since crops are usually only enough to serve locally (thus the high price tag when outside the US) it’s never American. Coffee can ONLY grow within the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. Same goes for Cacao.
