Charlotte, I'm so sorry but I get such a kick out of your reactions on the water rides! I was so excited when you said you loved the log ride. Bravo. Love Knotts!!
Your Knott’s vlogs are always my favorite to watch because I feel like the park always doesn’t get the love it deserves but you always show it the love and appreciation it deserves! I grew up going to Knotts nearly as much as I went to Disneyland so they equally hold a big place in my heart ❤
Such a great way to start the day with coffee and Theme Park Worldwide ! Lovely couple . Have a nice time in Cali and thank you for the consistent entertainment over the years !
I just love Charlotte's reaction when on the rapids - she is very brave for doing these and giving this great content to the channel. Well done Charlotte!
I appreciate your Knotts video, so much love and compassion for what you do. Keep spreading your positive vibes wherever you travel, the world needs more people like you cheers!!
I was last at Knott's in 2005 and have many great memories. Allot has been added since then, but a lot thankfully remains the same. Loved seeing the calico mine ride again. Also really enjoying this California adventure (no pun intended) that your taking us on. I get happy every time I see a new vlog has been posted 😊
This has been my favorite video of your trip so far. The park looks great. You guys really lucked out with the park being so empty. Most vlogs I have seen of this park its always packed with people. I'm glad you guys had fun. Cheers
Knotts berry is my all time favourite park, not only is the park clean and stocked up, food outlets were good, ease of a Starbucks if you are someone that just needs something comforting and the staff? They were the reason we drove down to knotts three times that week!
I’m a ten minute walk from Knott’s! Glad to see people from around the world appreciate it. It gets overshadowed by Disneyland in the next neighborhood over. Glad you had fun!
Hello from Santa Cruz. The last and only time I ever went to Knotts Berry Farm was in 1974, which was also the first time I went to Disneyland. I know the park has grown and changed drastically since then. Enjoyed the video.
People sound like they have a good time on Hangtime. I can’t remember the last time I’ve heard so much joy coming from an off ride POV. Screams feel different than joy and laughter.
Knott’s is my favorite park! So glad you guys love it like I do. It has a great star lineup, and by my metric it has the best theming in the entire Six Flags chain. (Excluding the boardwalk lol) The original Bear-y Tales dark ride was designed by Rolly Crump, famous for his work with Disney, and especially on the Haunted Mansion! The No. 41 steam locomotive was actually just completely refurbished in Colorado, and its sister locomotive (340) is there now for the same process. It’s a testament to just how much management cares about the park.
I have been waiting for you to go there and am so sad to miss you both by just 2 days! Thank you for shedding more light on this awesome park. ❤ to you two from San Diego.
Great vlog gutted we didn’t get to see u and say hello as we’re in the park too … we’ve been visiting Knotts for 25 years now and love it glad more uk 🇬🇧 people are seeing it. And enjoying as much as we do and realise now there’s more to the area than Disneyland 👍 Next time take Charlotte to chat to sad eye joe in the jail he’ll have a good chat with you Also ring the bell next to Cordys corner there’s a few old neat Easter eggs around the park ❤
Looks a cracking park guys. I can certainly see where Disney got the idea for Splash Mountain, what a great themed log flume. Some fabulous coasters there too. Cracking woody coaster. Well laid out and love the railroad train there that goes round the park, beautiful wooden carriages. Nice vlog TPW crew.
You have to always make sure you get some of the little jellies & jams they make and sale there. They are amazing and it is a huge part of the park people forget about
Glad you missed the really hot temps a few days ago.. lol Oh my goodness, love seeing you two at what I consider my home park. I've been to Knotts far more than any other local park like Magic Mountain or even Disneyland. It easy to deal with, affordable, has great themeing plus so much history in big and small attractions that have been here for years. I just feels filled with so much heart while having a lovely assortment of rides including some really good ones. It's funny in recent years, a story that's come out is that park management was trying to figure out what to do next with the park whether adding a huge coaster or whatever and they were talking to a focus group of people. They couldn't really get much of a useable answer at first about what the public wanted with Knotts. The people running the group at the last, said.. oh we are considering closing the park.. just as a way to encourage discussion really. Immediately people were talking about how much the basics of Knotts mattered so much to them personally.. the old time themeing, how they loved to be able to just easily enjoy the park and events...how the park felt like a second home basically. I guess it's played a roll since, as Knotts has focused on cleaning up and improving all the various zones of the park to make them the best they can. We went from Ghost Town to the Boardwalk to Fiesta Village and then Camp Snoopy all in a row. Big coasters are nice but they aren't what Knotts means to us locals. Still, I do love how Knotts does brings in great examples that are super fun and high quality. Ghost Rider is just next level. Excelerator is a blast with more to offer than others of the type. Hangtime is super enjoyable and feels like a high quality experience. Plus they are putting in the time and effort and money to keep Montezooma. I do get the issues with Coast Rider, alas the restraint issue came from a lawsuit. Charlotte should feel lucky, apparently in the past they used to have literal water falls on Calico Rapids that would absolutely soak guests. In any event, glad Shawn and Charlotte took advantage of the big hack to ride everything available super easy.. wait until Scary Farm Time. Avoid the 3 hour waits for Ghostrider easily, lol. And yes, Fall is just the best season in our SoCal Parks in every way. Cannot wait until the Scary Farm Vlog Drops... So Excited. Knotts does it spicier than others for sure.
Great park and under recognized. Lots of competition here in Southern California and Knotts isn’t perfect but it somehow blends some of the best parts of each of its competitors. While being completely its own.
It was nice of you and Charlotte paying a visit to my former home park, Knott's Berry Farm. 🍓🫐🌾🎢 I have a lot of memories from this classic park, including my high school winter dance taking place in December 2016 and my mom screaming her head off when she rode HangTime. Good times, good times indeed. 😌😌❤️❤️❤️❤️👌🏻💯
I love Knott’s. I worked there as a ride operator while in college in the 1980s. I used to work on the Mine Ride. Back in those days the train driver gave the tour - not a recording like today. The Mine Ride and Log Ride were also used as rides with scare actors during Knott’s Scary Farm. I wish they would bring that back.
The worlds first theme park!❤ Maybe one day you can take a trip out to Calico Ghost Town (the real-life inspiration for Calico at KBF and was actually bought by Walter Knott).
Last time we went to Knotts was 1986 😂 Monta Zumas revenge (spelling?) was great. Its change so much but was a great park even back then. The parachute ride was awesome, well it was also terrifying to an 12 year old back the!
