Ok so I watched most of your videos, do you think the Ridestar Q20 is better or this bike G60 because both are almost the same built but I've heard bad things about ridestar and battery blowing up.

I bought the amyet and
I tried to change the start mode to have the zero start using 2 Methods :
Hold the left brake, switch on the e bike, then turn the throttle to bottom three times quickly.
But i still have to use the pedal to start , then it’s ok i can restart without using the pedal but when I seat on the bike it doesn’t work anymore
Then I tried the 2nd method :
turn on e bike . and press brake and press S mode 5-8 seconds
But it still the same problem , I have to use the pedal to start
Do you have an idea?

This is going to be my next ebike...was going to get the revv 1 but this bike is less than half the price and the performance is pretty close..plus I like that the rear wheel has a quick disconnect so you could remove the entire wheel..yes I agree I would upgrade the brakes to hydraulic and replace those cheap tires with some street tires.. overall it's a pretty good bike at that price point

@@trini_boi2414 maybe I'm just old but I remember back in the day bikes had friction brakes and when we got mechanical disc brakes our lives were in heaven....now the year 2023 a goddamn bicycle needs hydraulic brakes lmao...I'd rather adjust mechanical brakes then have to bleed hydraulic brakes. It's a bike...the brake are supposed to be in God's hands 🙏
@@jahbrake9791 the thing is these bikes are not a regular bike.. they are ebikes which are heavier and faster..so having hydraulic brakes helps stop the bike faster making it more safe..I could get away with mechanical brakes cause I'm not a fast rider..20 to 25 mph is good for me😆
So you can make this faster? I was told there were no settings from another YT channel. Mine goes 28.1 out of the box which is fine for now but I can tell it wants to go faster. Mine has a different display than yours tho. Not sure if that changes how to access settings?
I was able to get to 33mph and validated with GoPro telemetry data see video.

Close to the rear wheel it’s written motor 250w max speed 25km/h … instead of 1000w and 50 km/h…

Are you in PAS mode 3? Click the green button under the throttle until it says “3” on the screen. My bike doesn’t say 1000W but model # on hub is PY48V20”

I seen it hit 33 for a second do you have to play with the display to make it Go full speed what does the manual tell you how to do it
The Amyet G60 screen or controller is not configurable thats the downfall of the Happyrun screen. Bike is respectable for the price point

I think this or the Ridstar is going to be my first ebike. Both ridiculously good bikes. Would this one be just as easy to add a second battery to as the Ridstar or others you've done it to?
Ridstar Q20 one motor with 20ah battery is great bike. Its the one bike I plan to keep for a long time
Check out the Jansno x50 for an under $1,000 bike. It will get to 30mph, just as quickly.
I have owned 10 or 12 ebikes total, and the ones that have stayed with me are the Surron, the eaHora Romeo Pro, and the Jansno x50.
Trust me, for under 1k, you can't go wrong. It doesn't look or feel like a cheap bike, and it has lasted. The turn signals are great, the dual suspension is great, for the price...it just checks all the boxes.
@@joshpointoh The jansno x50 battery is too small to even be a contender at the price. Heck I think the Tamobyke is a better bike than jansno, but still smaller battery.
All this bikes are kind of the same. Little sweatshops buy the parts from the same suppliers. There is still no perfect bike as none has put together the big battery, alu frame, decent front and back suspension, and hydraulic brakes.😊 this bikes are priced from factory around 450-530 usd the rest are shipping, duties plus the percentage the branded sweatshop gets.
Ridstar Q20 goes dummy but replacing parts is always kind of a bitch, the company that made it doesn’t even know what bottom bracket it uses

I got this bike and it has 5 pas modes now but it caps out at 28mph am I doing something wrong?
This speed test validated with gopro telemetry data and GPS says 33mph but it takes a while to get from 30 to 33
Need long straight away and motor warmed up to get to 33mph

This is a very good bike for the price, I have a almost identical bike but with a 750W motor, a different display, but the frame wheels, brakes, headlight, taillight etc are identical. I can consistently hit 29 to 30 mph with mine. I would buy this bike any day.
It's very similar to my Emoko C91, but 1000W motor is very torquey and gets to 33 mph top speed, but you do sacrifice range
so should i get the happyrun g60 or the amyet g60

How is it at taking steep hills?
This is the torquest bike with 1000w motor and below $1000. If it will not climb your hill you might want to s8 with dual motors

I am looking at the S8 as well and I agree, it seems like a larger bike. But I do have to take a steep hill five days a week so I need something that can take a steep hill every night. I was hoping the G60 would be able to do so for the price, but not too sure. There are no real videos of it going up a steep hill.

Run the dual-motor version. Much better with the front drive too.
Amyet S8 duel motor is great but 25Ah battery is too small for dual 1000W motor the range on throttle only in 17 miles... sad face?
@@BRichSolution I've heard that, but not my experience. I just got one, and I haven't limit tested the battery yet, but in initial runs 8 miles on AWD doesn't even drop a single bar. I think maybe the talk by some about only 16 - 17 miles may be a brake adjustment problem dragging brake rotor.

I dont know what the OP was referring to but mine shipped upside down. When I opened it there were 3 rings that belong on the stem in the box. They aren't in the directions cuz they shouldn't have been loose. No matter how I install them theres slop in the stem. I feel like Im missing a part that keeps everything tight. This is 1 reason I didn't want to buy a bike online but I did it anyway. Considering I paid an extra $250 for shipping, I at least expected the box to be delivered the right way. Especially when it says "This side up" all around the 📦 🤦🏻
The new ones don't have a key a different shape 2 it's not just flat from the seat, the frame comes up and it's even with the seat 2024 1000 motor 1500 peak so it says good bike for the price fastest 2,

@@BRichSolutionamyet told me go in the display and go to p08 it's kmput it to 50km or as high as you can go hold plus and minus to get into settings and if you didn't know everybody who is watching then use the turn on button to click up to p08
