Mubarak B I think there should be one about it, can't really put my mind to which one but feel free and check the library they are all here and they are free :)
Out of the vray fur, hair and fur modifier, and displacement types of ways to make carpets which do you think is best in terms of best looking and realistic looking and then also in terms of how taxing it is on the computer and render times. Thanks I'm watching all your vids so helpful.
thanks for the quick reply. Yeah i haven't got to watch the vids yet i'm looking to add a nice carpet into a scene sometimes tomorrow or after once i complete the rest of the modeling so I wanted to try asking to see if you'd let me know which is best to go with. thanks again your tutorials are awesome.
I have a problem when it comes to having to model a carpet with a border... How can I apply 2 separate vray furs on 2 objects? If i apply 2 vray furs on 2 separate objects (body and border) the v ray fur will become an instance and I can't control them separately... help pls
If you have a case where the Vray fur is instanced simply make it a unique item and that will unbind it from the original. (It's one of the little buttons under the modifiers dropdown list)
+Roozbeh Manouchehri Oh that is something down the road ... though it might take a while as i don't like to show new software if i haven't done even a basic intro to it
You prolly dont give a shit but does someone know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost my account password. I would love any help you can give me!
How to vary the base and tip thickness
Thanks Denis! Great help! Much appreciated.
Thank you so much..you are the best teacher..can you please make a video on wall cladding..thanks again..
Well wall cladding is pretty much a straight forward thing with a displacement map

I'd probably go with the VRay Fur option .. but like i said in the videos it depends on the scene and the type of rug you want to make

Hi Denis, Out of the 3 methods, could you please let me know which is more efficient
They are all valid, you just choose the one you want depending on the distance and the quality required
