Get the new gx 4 compressor. Screw that hand pumping, it fills quick. I like pcps and they hold the air so as long as your filled and ready 24/7 you’re good.
I normally use compressors. I was curious to see difference in total time to hand pump a pcp for 30 shots versus a break barrel. You’re right about pcp rifles holding air for a long time. The test showed that the total time between the two rifles was within about 3 minutes. The accuracy of the pcp versus the break barrel was in another class all together. The break barrel’s group was probably 4 or 5 times the size of the pcp’s group at 100 yards using the same pellet. Thanks for watching & commenting.
The springer is about three minutes faster than the PCP. But I also took a break in pumping up the rifle so someone in better physical condition than me could shave that down some
@@motorgearhead another time penalty is that pump will get hot as hell. It won't last very long if you get in a Rush. My uncle has a hatsan pump I think. It's much easier than my Benjamin.

Springer is going to be quicker every time. Just load n go. The pump time is the PCPs downfall
But you gain so much accuracy in the PCP
