Fellow Necromancers and fans of the Dark Arts. This game is one of the few who adds more to the necromancer class than minions. There is lots of soul magic which you can explore. There are plenty of minions to command as well. You will feel right at home.
and speaking of dark arts - the warlock is coming at launch!

Currently lvling a Necro for the golem but you aint kidding, casting necrotic sh*t is suhdamn fun I've hella sidetracked (and it doesn't matter because the skill system is a beauty).
Not gonna lie. This comment souly wrentched me over to the trailer while scrolling past comments for a die-hard fan of necromancer done well in games.

Bought this back in 2020 and still fully loving this game -- EHG has done such an amazing job on this. Personally, this is the sequel and successor to D2, but in a league of its own.

OMG I've been following Last Epoch since Kickstarter and it JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!! That Epoch shot was SICK.

So just curious if anyone can amswer this, will the official release have any changes from the beta? Is there gonna be a patch or anything?
Depends on what you mean by changes exactly.
There are no more patches planned prior to release, but 1.0 is adding the 2 final mastery classes (warlock & falconer). It's also adding the trade/SSF faction systems, making changes to the Monolith system, and a fair amount of other stuff.
Technically it won't have new content/dungeons/etc, but it's still bringing new stuff to the game with the classes/factions/new gear and of course optimization & bug fixes.
Next Year is the year of ARPGs, buckle up boys!!!

This game is great and only gettimg better! Also, no huge company with greedy leaders, a down to earth team, gamers making a game for gamers.

Been playing this off and on in early access for a while. Better than Diablo 4 in many ways. Gameplay loop and end game are on point, and Devs actually listen to their players.

arpg akin to path of exile or diablo. can be played solo or with a party. also has/will have features to allow you to play SSF or trade based

its multiplayer, need internet connection to play, even singleplayer but we have 2023 not 2003 btw
By the way there is offline mode as well for those who want more solo chill playstyle.
