V Rising's 1.0 update is here! What is your best tip or trick for new players? Share them in the comments below!
Uninstall because this game sucks.
Best tip is that there's a setting you can untick when you make a new game that removes the teleportation restrictions. When it comes to silver ore mining, its a must. Otherwise you can only bring back a few pieces of ore at a time and travel back and forth across the map dozens of times for your dark silver ingots.
Enjoy the game yourself, try out and discover things by experimenting them.
Don't get the game ruined by channels like this that are trying to make you believe that you need to mid max every single thing in a game that's not at all about going fast and being meta.
To shorten the run back when attempting to kill vbloods, make a second castle, with a heart, walls/door, and a coffin. Relocate it to the place closest to where the vblood you are struggling with is, this gives you a much quicker reset instead of having to run from the closest teleporter, which can sometimes be quite far, there is a limit (a few hours) to be able to relocate again but i found it really helps.
I watched this guide and I checked the horse I was trashing around with no second thought. 10.4 speed 7 acc and 13.4 turn. Locked it in basement lol. Time to walk.
First horse I found in my solo world was 10.3/7/13. Didn't know I was so lucky. Lol. Into the basement.
My sister keeps getting 11 speed and keeps getting them killed. For me all ive seen is 10.7 and 10.9 speed our map is covered in horse symbols XD
I have not experienced the sensation of eagerly returning home to engage in a game for a considerable amount of time. However, I am currently experiencing a great deal of satisfaction playing Vrising. I have recently achieved gear level 58.
I sat with my friend today at 9 pm and we said we will play about 1-2h… we went to sleep at 4 am :)

Best tip I’ve seen so far is while building with applying wallpapers, you can hold shift or alt I believe and you can hit all of em. 🙃

Castle Relocation is an amazing feature that helps a ton. it allows me to place my first castle in farbane and easily move it when I move to the next area.

So, when placing a castle heart, you can relocate it. So place it NEAR one entrance if you got 2, and then move it to the other side to wall.

Great game, but it can be frustrating at times!! Trying to kill one of the bosses, but my gear is just to low to get anywhere. Will try some of these tips and see if, I can progress further. Thanks!!
I think the huge fall off in new players is not taking full advantage of blood types/percentages and capturing people with high % blood to drink whenever they want

Farebane woods can be accessed by caves from all end game zones it is a viable base location
We play on a private PVE server with everyone in one big clan. One aspect we found a little obnoxious is the Duskcaller things warp the subdued thrall back to the closest friendly base, not necessarily YOUR base. We solved this problem by leaving clan, warping the thrall, then getting a reinvite. There is no cooldown for this.

The only problem is that it has bonus damage to Undead. Instead, you need to use the double blades for extra herbs.
Btw the game runs like a dream on lenovo legion go however the camera controll is a nightmare i wish it was better utilized.

Do you guys have a video for those rooftop gardens? I mostly ask due to the fact that in the past patches I've always tried to do it but majority of the time were me and my friends like to build it's always sunny outside and this was what we thought would help with the plants? But at the same time going to harvest those plants sometimes if you desperately need them we would have to wait until night time to go harvest them so we didn't take damage by the Sun. More or less just want to have a really decent size rooftop garden similar to your friends. Especially with all the decorations and stuff.

@@legowelt0809 I thought that the plants needed the dun to grow? We always had a small base in dunley just to grow crops. Ever since last update before full release I've been trying to figure out the rooftop garden.
I’ve been playing nothing but private server with my friend . It’s amazing . If they add a separate PVP mode later on like an arena mode or something I’ll play that . I have kids I can’t grind this game 24/7 until I’m strong enough just so I can keep up fighting with people .
There is a community run arena PvP server.
you can spar with friends and scheduled raid plan with your friends. just like rust

An even better tip... turn off the setting that disables teleportation with stuff in your bag. The game is absurdly tedious without doing so.

@@michaelg5793 You can, instead of hitting continue on the main screen go to Load Game, highlight the save you want to change, and then hit Edit Settings in the bottom right. It's the teleport bound items setting in the first tab.

He can give the gold ones at a low chance or you can get them from the lvl 80 rifts.

@karates9511 the northern vampire merchant in the new zone with the cults and rifts. He sells the lvl 30 shattered weapons and has a low chance of them being the legendary version instead.
pro tips : making a solo private server is a great way to be able to enjoy the few things the game has to offer without getting destroyed !

Okay I'm gonna cut this off now: yes I know the game has been in early access, I've been playing for years. The video clearly states 1.0, which came out...two days ago. The game it was in early access and the game it is now as 1.0 is VASTLY different. It's also a joke, so chill tf out, weirdos.

soon you will understand how important it is to place your base in a good location at the start of a wipe. in both pve & especially pvp. Some people don't know that till day 2 and by then there are none left..
my brother, i just returned for 1.0 and it is the exact same game up until endgame, which now actually has content. VASTLY was wild
@@skylermeade In Act I alone there are two new weapons, the spell system is completely overhauled, new respec system for the spell system, new craftable decorations, additional cosmetics for castle sections, three entirely new armor sets, new enemies, new areas in the forest, new V Blood bosses, the UI is overhauled, the inventory system is overhauled, QoL improvements are added, the way crafting stations handle recipes and the ability to pin is new...
Maybe you didn't pay enough attention or it's been too long between playthroughs but 'the exact same' is just a straight up lie lol
My only issue with pvp in this game is your base will look terrible & you will have to open & close 20 doors. PVE with a PVP area now that is good for someone like me.
That's not true at all. Only your first floor needs to have a bit of honeycombing/defensible areas. Once they make it to your heart, it gets keyed and they can freely move through structures, so floors 2-3 can be as decorated as you like.

Eh ours uses only a couple of gates with tactical defenses and then a section of honeycomb, but we use teleporters and creative drop downs to make moving in the base fast.
@@LegacyGamingUS can enemy players use teleporters in your base? or do they have to get to the heart first?
They must get to the heart first and successfully key it, which is why upstairs defenses don't really matter since they'll just be able to walk through it if the heart is keyed.
Point 1 is doodoo, all caves lead to farbane so it's the best place to base. If you base anywhere else (unless you're moving to a new locale every act) you're wasting time.
I wanna ask really dumb Question.Doors and Walls have same HP/Durability or the Walls are stronger to destroy on Raid Ofc :))

What is the structure at 2:09 ?
Thats the rat forge thing. It summons a boss rat which if you kill, gives you the rat shapeshift ability. Its like the first thing you unlock after the castle heart.
How do you plant seeds though? Grow plots doesn't work
You put them in your hot bar and place them on the plots.
Im pretty sure the 250% time reduction for confined room is a typo. It should be 25%. Some stations say 25% others say 250%. But if you compare for example the simple blood press and the advanced blood press (25% and 250%) both take the exact same time for the same recipes.
They definitely dont take the same amount of time. Advanced Stations absolutely refine at 250% the normal speed.

@@LegacyGamingUS I checked again, you are correct. The tooltop inside of the station is always the same (time for the simple station). So its just a tooltip error for all advanced stations

Honestly man. Tip. Make a garden. It can look like shit but make one. Every time its up just stock that stuff up. Send what servants you can to a fish village. Find yourself a 100 pure blood. Make a build around the blood. Stock potions and get to grinding those stygians. It gets easier. 3rd day I killed Drac. 1 of 3 on the server, helped a rando and my team mate killed him. Everyone else on the server cant beat him so im uncontested at the moment getting obsidians. Can clear each zone in 3 mins based on that simple dynamic of a build and management. And no im not a no lifer. Just play smart and understand the basics. Also helps is knowing where the real resources are and not what the map tells you

Is there a setting you can tweak for pve so your castle doesnt decay or decays very slowly? I love the game but im not going to be full at it and its the only thing that puts me off
Sure is. Check out the advanced settings when you create your game, you can tweak just about anything to fit your needs.

You’re looking for “advanced tips”. I just started and this video is invaluable. I would not be checking horses, packing a fishing pole and planting seeds already if it wasn’t for this video.
Actually, placing your heart isn’t a huge deal cause you can move it all to a different area. Also, you can build a transporter and so you don’t have to run 2 mins or 10 mins. Ppl forget to utilize the transports.

had to look thru the comments before I posted but yup, no restrictions on teleporting items that I can tell so far. I'm still early on tho, so maybe some later materials? I sure hope not tho. way better to do away with that teleportation restriction
It dépends on the material. For basic materials like wood or stone , you can teleport with them. But for tranformed material or precious ones , you can't teleport with them. It's usually written on the item when you put your house over it.
You can teleport with only specific materials. There are plenty of mats that restrict teleporting.

You are mistaking the genre of this game. This is not a fast paced competitive game where rank, speed, score and gear matters. This is not a MMORPG or Diablo clone. You are creating stress where there should be none, especially for new players that should prob start in PvE.
PS : The ONE video that could have been useful is the one where you show all bosses kills. You are not even commenting them to provide tips for new players nor showing the Brutal version of them. Literally 0 info conveyed. No more than the in game VBlood menu already provides. 👍
Useless guide
There's no reason to play this game in PVE. The PVP adds so much more fun to the game. Don't be a baby! The PVP is not that bad and you have a pretty big unraidable chest. If you want to be a coward you can almost always run away, but it's fun to fight sometimes or happen upon someone at low health, or on the other hand you need to keep your eyes out for other players. It just makes the game a lot more dynamic, even if you don't want to fight other players all the time.
