My opinion only.
Way better. Maybe make the logo only pulse once as the bursts come from it. Leave every thing else the same. Well done.
EDIT: I noticed the previous one was really close to what I'm saying. I think slowing it down on this was key. That made the logo look less stagnant with the crossbars on the side slowed down. Once again, well done.
