Idk if it’s my autism that makes me a certain way with chicken but I just tried out thighs from the store and it was all gross and fatty idk I hated the cutlets I made with them but yours look AMAZING
I feel like after colonary school people just lean into the weird ingredients because they're trying to be different ya know like calling dates in a salad an "added surprise" 😂 if it's a surprise ingredient it probably shouldn't be there
Lools good and easy, although some people will struggle with maling sure those thighs are cooked without getting the breading too dark...but anyway...come on ale...the accent when just saying the cheese is a bit extra. 😂

Speaking as someone struggling hella u could always be in a way way worse position like millions of people have to experience each moment of every day ! Frankly ur very privileged to be in the position u are because ik hella people who would do a lot just to have ur smile on their face, because many in this life don’t even get to do that in this world

Just made this! I used Romain instead of the Brussels sprouts. The chicken and the salad is soooooo good 😋
