Does anyone know where the "after lunch" talk is she referenced at the end of the presentation?

Don't quite agree on the non-promotion for rockstars specially when the duties remain the same. Sometimes promotion may equal 2 to 4 times a yearly raise. This would just show lack of value when companies use promotion as a means for higher compensation. Why pay more a low performer when the rockstar is already doing more.

I think there is some confusion here about what a coach is. At one point Kim describes a coach as someone who is a few years ahead of the coachee and can give them advice about their job. This describes a mentor and not a coach. A coach can give advice, with permission, occasionally but more often than not they are focused more on deeper learnings that are generated by reflective insights by the coachee. Other than that it is a fabulous talk!

"it's called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it". George Carlin. Why is she shouting in a raucous voice?
