    Very insightful. I absolutely agree on the importance of feedback and honesty on all levels of relationships we have: from strangers, coworkers to friends and family - sharing what they don't know or see, and we do - as long as it's done in an respectful and productive manner, is always an act of kindness, care and personal responsibility for another human being.
    However, I don't personally agree with the graph being presented. I think when someone does not follow the radical condor - all the other three options depend on that person's personal trauma, (whether they are avoidant, reactive, people pleaser, etc.) and it's much more complex than a simple "care or not". Let me explain: if you don't share feedback with others that is always some level of 'not caring enough' to push through your personal blocks and provide that feedback. None of those patterns, in my personal opinion, indicate the level of care you have towards others.
    In my life I have met people who cared a lot but their method was always obnoxious aggression, not due to lack of care, but inability to overcome their own triggers, traumas, insecurities and behavioral patterns, and not being capable of transmuting that feedback in a respectful manner - that was simply how they were taught to communicate. On the other hand, ruinous empathy, in many cases may mean you truly don't care, and your pattern is a people pleaser - you care more about pleasing others than stepping up, and helping them to become better. You care more to stay in your comfort zone and have everyone approve of you, than to share feedback. So, depending on an individual situation and person, I think those 3 patterns are a bit more complex and relate directly to persons trauma and triggers, than to the actual level of care.
    Nonetheless, very inspiring. I can only hope more people will understand how constructive and proactive feedback is an act of care.

    Kim Scott she said about history his employer Bob her puppy we loved that history we learned a lot meaningful history, if you are are great leaders we don't care whatever you come from we are listening& putting in practice,thank you very much everyone for sharing knowledge that beneficial please post more it's important

    Lost few people around myself doing exactly that :D I think it could work only in an authoritative position where they value your words, or any other position when they care about what you say. if they don't care that much, then you might be in trouble : ))

      "They won't care how much you know until they know how much you care". Gotta have rapport before any advice/ comments you make are considered for the positive or negative.

    We found out Kim Scott we loved to here history about your puppy & your employees Bob we learned great lesson from it how it is important feedback. &!also we are always values our brothers and sisters we listened and we learned from it but we don’t cross limits because we all came from Momm and Dad.if someone has a different believe in that it is not our business he or she has a fully freedom we never ever challenge anyone because what he or she believe in that is between him &almighty Allah not our business. We’re always appreciate whatever Almighty Allah called us
    We’re found out if you don’t choose people listening to everyone your going to learn some a lot meaningful lessons thank you everyone for sharing
