- Last time I seen anyone mess with this property the whole yard was on fire and Firetrucks were putting it out! And that’s been like a year ago! I got the lawn back in shape so hopefully they will finish the renovation of this beautiful property and give someone a great place to live!
Again, the world needs more men like you!

Looks great man. My husband has had his own lawn business for 37 years now. Started when he was 20 and still doing some of the same yards. He's a one man show, sometimes hires the neighbor to go with him but he's starting to cut back at 57 now the heat is getting to him. He left at 730 this morning since it's already 95 out, he will be back by 1230 and done for the day.
Stay hydrated - if you've not tried it yet, I highly recommend liquid IV over Gatorade to drink on these hot days. 😂😂 Take care! 🚜

I would try to find a regular hand-held small compact camera that has a small zoom lense and can be affixed to your tripod.
Go Pro's have fish eye lenses, which distorts your videos.
Plus, the regular cameras SD cards can be labeled and swapped out after full. You may want to buy a small plastic case to hold your SD cards...
I heard that you replaced your smoke detector batteries... Lmbo... Lol

Dustin, I noted that the first two passes you made at the front of the lawn were set to throw the cut grass back onto the lawn and not onto the road. Bravo!
So many folks discharge the cuttings onto the road and cause potential hazards to vehicles, especially bikes and motorcycles.

Good thing you weed eated or you would have torn up your lawn mower with all that hidden junk under those weeds. Hope the homeowner appreciated what you did for them. I know I would.
So nice of you to do that for others. Pat yourself on the back. Shout out to the other UA-camrs who started doing this for other homeowners. They sure are inspirational to others. I only wish kids would take an Initiative & get off the game consoles & off their a$$ & help others. It feels good when you help a grandmother or grandfather who can't afford to pay someone to help mow their lawn or just help them clean up sticks from the wind. Kids nowadays don't give a crap about others & just look out for what they would get out of the deal.
When I was a kid we used to mow lawns & clean driveways for $10.00 in winter & for free for my grandfather bc, he always bought you a Coke & a candy bar just because. Kids are spoiled in today's world & need a wake-up call to know you have to work hard to get noticed in the workforce & move up the ladder. Nothing is free in this damn world & you're not going to be able to pay your bills sitting on the couch.
