I loved the video. You are doing a great job. A nice house. And certainly the views are amazing. So that's all great. A Riverbeach close by, and shops, can it get any better?
Only one question i have. How big is "spacious"? Of course we can guess, by the look of it the living room is probably 5x5 meters or more. But the actual measurements/sizes would be nice to know.
Hi Peter, thankyou! Good question. “Spacious” is indeed quite subjective, and since I expected it to be wat smaller it felt more spacious to me. I will check in the idealistalink and real estate agent what the exact dimensions are and will get back to you!

If it was mine I think i would consider adding another bedroom in the kitchen OR combine living room and kitchen in ground floor and add bedroom in current living room
Makes sense, I like the idea of combining the kitchen/living area downstairs and then adding a bedroom. Although then the stairs might not connect so then maybe the first option could be better.
@@tworiversprojectsI don't know the dimensions and codes but if you follow those two columns in the middle you can build a wall to get corridor to connect those two stairs and bedroom could be on the left side from the upstairs staircase.
Anyway I love the village and hope the house will get buyer soon

95K Euro, is it a good price or a little bit over price for that location?
It is difficult to say if you dont know other conditions in the area...you need to check few more things, for example any shops location and other services; how easy or how difficult is to get there and so on..

thankyou, my pleasure! There is a square we parked ar which you can see at 13:02, and then from there you walk up like you could see at 01:44. So you can’t park right in front, but about 4/5 minutes walk down the street.

If you are aged 25 years + forget it!
The 'trek' up to that property on a daily basis would wear out your knee joints. Knee replacement surgery would be needed after just a couple of years of living WAY UP THERE!
Portugal has a lot of cities and villages that are situated on hills and mountains. So this is exactly how the majorty of elderly go up and down the hill their whole life. I see people of 70+ age doing it daily.

Sandra ís local! Her parents are from Avô since a very long time and also live in Avô as does she. She happend to grow up in France, but about 20 odd years ago she and her family moved back. So… like me, just by having a different accent or looking different doesn’t mean people do not belong where they are 😉😁

Nice modernized property...Claustrophobic bedrooms ....Very far from cities and amenities...... No land.......A fair price would be in the 50 to 60K range which what I would offer.
