Aldo Di Santo thank you. I googled the address you gave and found it. That food looks so good, I was dribbling watching that clip. New Zealand to Taiwan then Japan with my buddy. Yeeha!
The Real Ando I was supposed to be there also next week but I had to cancel as my flight from Italy was through Beijing and it is not the best time now... enjoy you stay to Japan🙏🏻
I played this for the cats so I could get some work done, but we all ended up watching and drooling! I could watch this for days! Made my mouth water instantly.
Очень приятно смотреть как готовят с душой. Выглядит вкусно, а у нас всегда ругают что не ровно нарезаны роллы. Будто это прям таки основная проблема. Тут не всегда супер симметрично, но свежее и с душой
Authentic Edomae sushi rather than a food stall. The way to preserve the material and the presentation when serving it are wonderful. Each piece of material is soggy, and at that point you can get a glimpse of the freshness and high level. Don't be afraid to misunderstand, even Japanese people rarely have the opportunity to eat such high-class sushi.
Very amazing video I love your many video are really interesting. Thankfully to let me see the interesting things that I have never seen befor. this is the truely deeply Amaze of beautiful Japanese style.
In Japan restaurant your will find your favorite foods here like sushi as well. Sushi is probably the best choice for you and your friends. It has cucumber rolls, caviar and sushi rice. Salmon, tuna or shrimp sushi are so delicious. 😋
Street food can be awesome. The best burger I have ever had from any source, was from a tiny street booth in Guadalajara, Mexico, with four stools, and rats creeping along stone garden walls in the dim light a mere 10 to 15 feet away. This Japanese chef/ vendor showcases his ingredients and preparation of each dish, even using shallow glass-topped cabinets typical of fine jewelry stores to display quality and hygiene. Those typically are the best indicators for safe street food. It's the vendors that hide their ingredients and disguise process that one must be wary of. Transient vendors should caution the traveller, but like every guideline there are exceptions. The impoverished indigenous women in Mexico that sold fried tortillas with the option of their home-made sauce, as a snack, on the street in or near urban areas, were one such exception. Although having only a haversack and a blanket for the young children to occupy, they were all a success in quality, in my experience. Their home-made sauces were profound... my immediate thoughts drifted toward 'certainly worth mass production and marketing'. Thirty-five years later and I have yet to taste a sauce with such nuanced complexities. Europeans have a better attitude toward 'street food'. They say what's best in refreshing honesty without being dazzled by interior design, lighting, or waitresses in sultry uniforms. Street food is worthy of consideration too, without prejudice. Food trucks and street booths typically have one major advantage as well. They specialize in just a few dishes. The focus afforded by a limited menu can increase quality dramatically if the vendor wishes it. That would be another criterion to evaluate street food before investing (or risking)... how has the chef-cook-vendor leveraged a limited menu to improve quality? Twice I have coped with food poisoning and am determined for that to never happen again. If there are other reliable indicators of street food, I will be grateful to read of them.
That is a very delicious dish that you made the two of them it is nice to see the both of you at work there. This dish it looks very delicious again keep up your good videos it is awesome I live in Honolulu I never did try to go to someplace like that and try to order things like this maybe I should one day God bless the both of you working hard to satisfy all your customer amen
Hey Frodokeuh it is a fish market of course it is fresh. The Japanese do not serve old seafood. They pride themselves on cleanliness and fresh unlike some other cultures I have seen👍🏿
That roll being plated at around 12:25 or so isn't a sushi roll, it's a freaking monster sized sushi burrito! I swear I've never seen so much tuna stuffed into one roll. I'm as addicted to the stuff as any other real sushi eater. I have no complaints, even enjoy eating eel. But there really is too much of a good thing. I'd probably barf after eating that huge roll. 🍣
Covid forced me to learn how to make sushi. The respect I have for these chefs...
I love watching these sushi chefs make their sushi!
Beautiful playing indeed.

Same, I'm not allowed to eat raw food like fish, and meat
Yeah. Eating raw meat is gross AF. I hope everyone who eats it gets sick.
haywood jeblome okay but why?
Cause they made pans and stoves to cook stuff with and anyone that eats animals raw is dirtier then cave people.
