- The plaintiff says the defendant became abusive soon after they began dating, and she discovered he used heroin. She alleges he assaulted her when she was seven months pregnant. She’s suing him for a loan. The defendant insists the money was a gift, and he’s countersuing his ex for assault because he claims she maced him.
Saddest part about this is that the defendant doesn’t even *know* that he should be embarrassed, or why. 🤦🏽♀️

Those only ones suffering in this case are the kids. The plaintiff can’t tell what domestic violence is and the defendant is a deadbeat.

That's what I think about people who don't show up with any receipts or records that money was lent or paid back. This and the other court shows teach the viewers to keep records to help win your case but people STILL DON'T appear in court with records of any kind.
