- The plaintiff used to date the defendant, and she’s currently pregnant with his child. While they were together, the plaintiff put her car in the defendant’s name. However, after their breakup, the plaintiff requested the title back. The defendant hasn’t returned the car title, so the plaintiff is suing for the cost of a vehicle and emotional distress. The defendant insists the vehicle is now his, and the plaintiff can’t take it back.
She's married but keeps saying "separated" girl you need to be divorced first before getting pregnant with another man's child! 🤦🏻♀️ So messy!
