I have never thought about adding meat products to my pickled eggs before. Don't know why.. I know growing up we used to have pickled pigs feet with boiled eggs. Same premise I guess. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Stay happy, healthy, hydrated and safe. May God continue to bless you, your family and your adventures
I love this, I’d definitely do it for myself. This is pretty much our Filipino food “ itlog na maalat” or simply salted eggs but much more in there, I’m excited!
Hello UnleG, just wanted to ask, I want to pickle some chicken in similar way, because I go to places and there is refrigeration issue. So do you have any experience in pickling meat? How long it stays good, pickling boiled meat?
Very little experience with that, I’ve done a salted bear but ran into some issues getting the brine just right. I ended up vacuuming packing it and freezing it.
Hi, really enjoyed your video as I am on the Carnivore Diet that Joe Rogan and his guest is either doing or has done. I came across your video as I was looking for a "Sugar Free" PE recipe, yours hit the spot. You might want to retitled your video Sugar Free as their are millions of Low Carb, Keto, Carnivore diet-meal plan users UA-cam views ! When I put in under YT search, zip nothing comes up, seems like all are made with sugar! Yikes , yours is made with salt , which is a main ingredient to these meal plans. Any just a thought, Cheers !
I haven’t seen hotdogs and sausages in pickled eggs I’m gonna try this! How long does the meat stay good for brother? It ever get mushy or is it pretty stable?
They don’t hang around very long around my crowd but I left one jar for three weeks and they were perfect! I used kosher salt in my batch, I had a guy use pickling salt and it turned out too salty. Just a heads up.
Yes these need to be refrigerated they way I did them in the video. If you go through the canning process and seal the jars I have kept them for up to 6 months.
Looks amazing...can you actually post the recipe... the ingredients, and process so i can just print them ... first timer doing pickling meat. thank you
The pickle that I do in this is mostly for taste, not long term storage. I have been working with some salt meat recipes but haven’t found the right one yet.
Loving this all the way from the Caribbean . 🇹🇹
Tried, tested and true to his word! These are truly amazing!! 👏
The meat addition looks amazing!
Hard work in the beginning and enjoy relaxed later. Like this.

Is a bit of a throw back, but I love em!! Thanks for watching!!
Yea, two or three of those and a couple beers then go home and pull the covers over the wife’s head and watch what happens. LOL, LOL, LOL,
Me. Too in the bars in the 90s I actually sell them $$$

You want to pressure can it
Nice sponge bob edit mate 👌🏽👍🏽
I just got into pickled stuff.
It’s super easy I do onions a fair amount as well great on sandwiches or with a roast!
Can someone clarify for me?
Why? Put in refrigerator?
I thought the "Purpose" of pickling was to make it "Shelf Stable".
What is the Kebalsa(?) Sausages brand and are they precooked/smoked? I notice that you boiled the Hotdogs so not sure about the sausages. Thank you.
Kielbasa is a Polish sausage fully cooked. Mild flavour turned out great in a pickle!
Do you sale these?
Man, this looks delish. Pickled smorgasbord. Something for everyone.
They have been a big hit! I’ve been making them a lot! Thanks for watching!
@@uncleg35withgaryshaw13 mind if i ask how you serve them?
We aren’t fancy usually just plop the jar on the table and pass out some forks.
looks super fun. have u tried pickled duck eggs?. im thinking of adding into a big jar chiken eggs and duck eggs and sausages.
I have never pickled them, my grandfather used to love them though.

Hi. Did you heat the brine ? They look delicious!
Yes I did, I find the salt dissolves better that way.
@@uncleg35withgaryshaw13 Thank you. I hated it. I'm making them for my uncle's, and some for me.
@@uncleg35withgaryshaw13 *heated , not hated.
Do you refrigerate them or keep on the counter? Wasted 1/3 of the video slicing things.
How long would a jar last if you didn't open it
I’ve kept them as long as 2 months. If you go the extra step to seal them they will last much longer.
You remind me alot of my uncle Rich. Yall look alike lol.
Must me a good looking fellow! Ha

Do you sell this?? I would totally buy all 3 jars!!
I’m still in amateur status with my pickling! You have given me something to think about though. Thanks for watching!
You didnt need to boil the kielbasa sausage? Looks delicious
No need to boil it is a cooked and cured meat. Everyone seems to enjoy it! Thanks!!
These have to be refrigerated?

♥️🥰🥰
Wow your Fast😅😂
Btw, 4 cups water and 12 cups vinegar are NOT 1/3 water and 2/3 vinegar but 1/4 water and 3/4 vinegar...
Thanks for the correction! 👌🏽
🥰🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍
When you just can't stay off the nitrites/nitrates even when eating eggs...
Use beet juice instead of water
Four Weeks
Geez, never seen THAT much salt in a brining solution for pickling!
Fuck this pickled egg recipe I'm just happy you got a big ol bottle of Hennessy on the counter
