Even if bisexual meant you’re attracted to exactly two genders, that doesn’t mean those are the only genders… if someone is straight, for example, they are only attracted to the “opposite” gender, that doesn’t mean it’s the only gender.

But gender doesn't exist in any other animals apart from humans. Even in humans, the separation of sex and gender is artificial as there is no biological marker denoting what is gender actually outside of human psychology.

as a closeted pansexual nonbinary christian, its hard when I go to church or my Christian camp, to talk freely or agree to their opinions. i asked them which verse in the bible says that homophobia is wrong. they never tell me. its kinda weird.

Actually I was just at a Christian camp last week, and they were so accepting and nice. They even taught us about sex and gender and sexuality without making a big deal out of it. It was really nice :)
thats actually so lovely! I used to go to a christian school where we had these "spirituality days". And the guy who ran them was so accepting of everyones gender identity it was awesome.
I am extremely curious how exactly they went about teaching it as you described without making you feel uncomfortable or like they were shoving something down your throat. I find these days it seems that it's either one extreme or the other. On ALL sides. I am genuinely curious how they managed to make it something that wasn't super uncomfortable or confusing or whatever else. I think it's important to find a middle ground in order to reach more people and not confuse anyone more or make people more uncomfortable than that conversation usually seems to be to begin with. I don't necessarily want any specific details per say just more curious about how it was presented to everyone and what they discussed in a general sense i guess you could say. I know this comment is at least 4 months old now so sorry in advance haha. I was doing dishes and listening to YT and ended up dropping my phone and accidentally clicked on the comments of the next video that started playing and well here we are!! It's actually more like three months in the US. April is Military Children's Month, May is National Military Appreciation Month, and November is Military Family Month.
Though that reminds me that LGBTQ+ people also get three months. June is obviously Pride Month, October is LGBTQ+ History Month, and November is Trans Awareness Month.
A lot of these things can overlap. There are LGBTQ+ people in the US military, and in fact they enlist at 5 times the rate.

As a heterosexual male, I can confirm that the notion sexual attraction is a choice is abject nonsense. The only way a person could believe that is if they are bi (or multi)-sexual and then they aren't saying the attraction is a choice, they're saying the act of engaging in it is a choice. Why? Because they've been so indoctrinated into the idea that homosexuality is a sin, that they will do anything to avoid being "guilty of it." They treat it as a temptation to be resisted. Instead of the reality, that they are on a sexual spectrum. I'm also convinced that most people are not exclusively hetro or homo sexual. To be honest I'm envious. Would have made my dating life a lot easier.
