- The Battle of Brock Road, part of the larger Battle of the Wilderness during the American Civil War, occurred on May 5-6, 1864, in Virginia. It was marked by intense fighting as Union forces under General Ulysses S. Grant attempted to advance along Brock Road towards Spotsylvania Court House. Confederate troops, led by General Robert E. Lee, fiercely resisted, resulting in a bloody and inconclusive battle. The dense forest and tangled underbrush hindered both sides, leading to chaotic combat and heavy casualties, ultimately forcing the Union to continue its advance elsewhere.

Brillant leadership with less casualities as possible. It would have been an honour to serve under your command.
I really enjoy playing this game. It's a shame you don't comment, but that option is yours. Thanks for sharing. Why do you use brigades of 1850 men and artillery batteries of 15 units? I'm sure you have a good reason... I reiterate my gratitude. Saludos desde España
Hey mate, thanks for watching!
To answer: I don't tend to comment on videos as I prefer descriptions. Maybe I will do it in future to make it more personalised!
Also the 1850 men and 15 arty is related to a unit optimisation guide I saw years ago. At those sizes, they are the most efficient in terms of their stats, any lower/higher they fall off too much. So they are the sweet spot. It also assists in avoiding Unit Scaling from the CSA (The more men you have on field, the more men the AI will have).
