All the warcraft player so far never build the shop which they can buy item(healing salve, tp scroll, orb item, etc). Their unit build up always rush the catapult/ballista which probably the worst first build up unit, it is good to build artillery unit but there is always better unit at early game. The hero staying at the base, hero need level by roaming around searching for their enemy army pickup some of the enemy unit, yeah hero got universal exp anywhere on the map if they KILL A UNIT, but they don't because they are to passive. They upgrade to much when they need unit first to get the benefit of the upgrade
This honestly. The Mountain King would be two times deadlier with Potion of Mana and Potion of Healing. There's also a toggle in the lobby to enable/disable neutral creeps to fight and loot items from, but a lot of players prefer to disable them because they can't be bothered to adjust to the playstyle sadly :
Dude the human stayed on footman the entire game......come on man. Even if they are grand master level, they dont understand the game. Then 2nd game he went water elemental.....sigh.
@@Newbtuber Water Elemental first is fine but casting it at your base, before running all the way across the map, so it runs out before you're in combat... not so much.
@catbert7 one of the main purpose of water elemental is creep, since there is no creep there is no real reason for it especially if he just going to stay at base. Blizzard much better since it is better for large engagement on these maps

This mod favors warcraft in multiple reasons. 1 is the massive amount more of resources. In warcraft 3 you get 600 gold a minute. However you get 1071 a minute at each location and units are supposed to be more balanced to the less amount of resources. 2. Unit movement is increased in this for warcraft 3 so the melee such as swordsmen can reach ranged easier. 3. Armor in warcraft is a % damage reduction so they have higher armor to compensate the damage reduction however they have the same high armor which reduces StarCraft damage much higher since it's flat damage reduction I understand he tried to balance it so it's simi fair but world to world cross over StarCraft has huge advantages with unit speed and resources gathering.
I think the Warcraft humans would take fighting the StarCraft 1 Zerg in stride. They fight all kinds of monsters and undead fine. StarCraft 1 Zerg will mainly fight them with physical damage; claws, projectile bone growths and the like. Armored men backed by magic can hold that line. Even Zerg spells that bring down vision blocking swarms, debilitating goop, or parasites that let them see what your men see wouldn’t seem that far off from the magic they deal with. StarCraft 2 Zerg would be terror like they’ve never experienced. Armored men aren’t holding a line against truck sized monstrosities bathing them in bathtubs worth of tank melting acid, gelatinous balls rolling at them with explosively suicidal intent, and the terror of seeing a massive tentacle fly out of the ground to impale your mage in the head followed the mage promptly unleashing hell on himself and all his allies.
doesn't look like warcraft 3, any time I've seen a real attempt at this kind of mixing, the warcraft base properly shifts to warcraft resources, not minerals and gas. This is more like they put a warcraft 3 skin on a custom race.
Okay they were MUCH better player but the problem is the Human player has no idea how to play. He went footman almost the entire game in game 1. He played like a Terran thinking footman are marines. By the time he got spell caster it was too late. Ultralisk should NOT be good against Human. Sorcerer with slow or polymorph would destroy them. Human just need to go spell caster and not stay on footman for so damn long. Human has one of the strongest late game tech but nobody ever goes them in these mods
paladin first into footie/rifle into rifle caster into knights rifle caster (with any of the other three as 2nd) with some extra supply on matchup dependent units
i would be honored if you could check out my Infested Terran faction! i havent worked on it in a while but i havent had a lot of commentary to go off of with it in a long while either (and hopefully it hasnt bugged out since the last time i updated it lol)
Pretty important to mention, that militia is much faster and have a lot of armor, on top of higher dps.
