    "God comes from Teman,
    And the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah.
    His splendor covers the heavens,
    And the earth is full of His praise."
    Al Fadi invites special guests David Wood and Sam Shamoun to explore Biblical scripture commonly used by Muslims, manipulated and out of context, to disprove the Truth of the Word of God.

    The NABRE translation is by the Catholic Bishops, and regarding Chapter 3 they wrote whether it is the prophet Habakkuks prayer or a hymn praising God's power, in either case, the description of the theophany draws heavily upon ancient traditions in which God establishes order by defeating chaos, symbolized by rebellious waters. They also wrote that two important events, the second one which ended in the destruction of Jerusalem the first time in 587 B.C., provoked Habakkuks struggle with difficult and important theological questions about divine justice. In Chapter 2 Habakkuk was told to write down the vision plainly on tablets. This was so that a Herald could understand what he was reading and then run and proclaim it's contents to the people, and so that the reception of the vision and it's truth could be verified by it's fulfillment. (Habakkuk 2:3).

    Habbakkuk Chapter 3 : 1 to 4
    👉 1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth. (According)
    👉 2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
    👉 3 God came from Teman (tribe of Edom), and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
    👉 4 And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power

    But his message got distorted to idolatry and polytheism because of Satan as Iblees has always been evil since the beginning of Man!!

      God can come from all directions at once! He can do whatever He wants. Read in book of Ezekiel about his vision of God in His Celestial Chariot. Ezekiel made an incredible description of it's movements, and could only have done it by the Spirit of God. And still no one can fully comprehend it!

    "Moses sent them from the wilderness of Paran..." Moses never really went into the holy land much less down into the Arabian peninsula. Paran could not be Mecca. There is no archaeological evidence that Mecca was settled before 800 A.D., let alone in Moses' time.

      The Baca that is described by David in Psalms while looking out the window of his Palace, is nothing like Mecca. Abraham never went south of the Sinai peninsula or the very far north of the Paran desert. Neither did Ishmael. I shmael and his sons settled in the areas between Egypt and Assyria. The Paran desert is very large and stretches north and south. Mecca has no archeological evidence of any human activity dating before the 4th century AD, in such a land that has the perfect climate and geography to preserve such evidence. The islamic verses about Abraham being in Mecca were added a couple of hundred or more years later to islamic texts.

    False your argument is crumbled because mount sinai is in araba confirmed in book of ezkiel ch 27:21 and confirmed in galations ch 4:25 and we know that prophet muhammed is a desendant of ishmeal because as i mentioned before in the book of ezkiel ch 27:21 Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your customers; they did business with you in lambs, rams and goats. and kedar is a desendant of ishmeal and ishmeal was in where arabia,paran confirmed in Genesis 21:21 where it says that ishmeal lived in the desert of paran notice how it says desert arabia is a desert. You mentioned that why do muslim go to minior prophets becuase allah says in the quran that he sent 124,000 prophets with a law which means book. so back to the prophecy God comes from Teman,
    And the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah.
    His splendor covers the heavens,
    And the earth is full of His praise We know that muslim all around the world praise muhammed with many nasheeds and indeed in the heavens when angels started praising him but muslim apologetics stop here but if we look at the whole prophecy your arugment is crumbled even more iT SAYS God came from Teman,
    the Holy One from Mount Paran.[b]
    His glory covered the heavens
    and his praise filled the earth.
    4 His splendor was like the sunrise;
    rays flashed from his hand,
    where his power was hidden.
    5 Plague went before him;
    pestilence followed his steps.
    6 He stood, and shook the earth;
    he looked, and made the nations tremble.
    The ancient mountains crumbled
    and the age-old hills collapsed-
    but he marches on forever.
    7 I saw the tents of Cushan in distress,
    the dwellings of Midian in anguish. and so on i do not have enough space because the comments won't let me fit my case but it talks about him fighting the jews and destorying the land of wickedness and he fought the jews at the battle of kybier and he fought the arab pagans
