I appreciate so much your honesty about spiritual teachers giving “how to” directions. It’s important for the person who is at the end of their tether with seeking and following. It may help that person to take the leap that is no leap.
The phrase that constantly comes to my brain is: “I am that I am” and I’m not a Christian anymore, I don’t really identify with anything besides maybe spiritual but even then I’m more at a point where I just think my world view is “unique” but not in the way of like “look at me, I’m so unique” it’s just that I don’t have a good box to put it in. And I know I don’t have to put it in a box 😂. But that phrase hits me constantly in so many different places and times and when I hear someone speak about spiritual topics and the mind it especially pops up and it matches whatever they are talking about in that moment I hear someone ask what is the soul? I am that I am. Someone asks what the universe is? I am that I am. Infinity, time, you, me, the cycle of life the answer to it all is that it just IS. Everything just IS. And “it’s” all one, even the bad. Also you saying there is no path is exactly right, we will all arrive to our destination when we get there, and everyone’s journey is a lesson that we teach ourselves and others. It's just an experience of existence, and now we are experiencing human nature, and human nature it's made of curiosity. It's not wise to drop your curiosity, but it is to interpret the things you are discovering, reading or searching like stories. A story doesn't exist, it's just beatifull
When you said, "you are not the bird..." I remember once having this awareness, realization, that it's all one, so the same life stream which is running through me is in the bird too, in all, humans, plants, there is just this one being. It happened when I was in closer contact with a course in miracles student. It was pure magic. But after like 30 minutes or so it vanished....

It seems like awareness of awareness of awareness infinitely regresses, i.e., if you look at awareness - let's start with thoughts, you can be aware of your thoughts. So who or what is aware of being aware of thoughts? That sets up this infinite recursion. Similarly with sensation. Who is aware? Awareness. How is it possible to be aware of that? And so on. You can either go down infinitely or you end up with nothing because you are it or it is you, it's like trying to look at your own eyes which you can't do because you are it (you said the same thing later in the video!). So there is awareness, and there is apparently other things being projected by awareness or some such thing, some illusion and that's it and that's not even two things. Yeah, mind/character definitely wants to understand it and keeps trying to understand it.
How do you stay in the awareness of remembering that all is illusion? How do you prevent yourself from falling back into the illusion? Or do you let yourself fall into the illusion and that doesn’t even change a thing because wheter you’re in an illusion or not, none of this is you. You’re just watching

Thank you ❤ How can I know if I'm not caught in an ego trap? If I feel good, is that a positive sign? But if I have doubts, does it mean I'm still identifying with a self? To understand whether I feel good or have doubts, I need to interpret. Does that mean I'm identifying with my mind's thoughts?
@@Calimoga The only ego trap is the belief that you could be anywhere other than where you are right now, or that something else should happen other than what is happening right now. A good feeling indicates acceptance of the present moment with all its feelings and thoughts. Conversely, a bad feeling suggests that there is a belief (a thought) desiring a different moment than the present, and you (consciousness) mistake yourself for that thought.
The I-thought takes everything personal. When an animal is getting attacked, it doesn't think "what the hell have i done to earn this bad karma" or something like this. The animal just goes on living and it doesn't really mind. It does not waste a second of lifes beauty.
If you can’t ask effectively explore this path, you can always explore your blame, or any type of trigger to examine the mirror of projection and the uncovered wound. All roads to the same place, but don’t get discouraged and stay locked in your mind, you can also move your body, etc. etc. But the mind will never be able to succeed and it’s endeavors. You have to use half intuitive which is the other balance of the yin and yang.
You are immortal in the sense that nobody was born and nobody has to die. Consciousness is the god and you are, just, you know, the emanation of the god. Anima mundi. We can say that man is rooted in god. Also, I think that god is an internal observer. A witness. Buddhism denies god. But you can become “immortal” through nirvana. It’s another matter if a person who achieves nirvana is even “you”. What you think is you dies many times throughout your life (just a steam of dharmas). At least according to Buddhism I am who I am.
Remember being a kid, not knowing anything so you asked your parents "what is this and that"? Their answers were your programming and now you're only able to see the world in concepts - this is the matrix. Before knowing, you were free. All we claim to know is just an assumption.

Practices create the very problem you want to avoid. Trying to practice for some future tranquility is like shouting for silence or going to war for peace. Nonsense. Achieving enlightenment is a trap. There is only enlightenment but no one to achieve or claim it.
Allright, nothing exist, everything is an illusion, nothing has real meaning. But isn't life meant to give it your own meaning? There is not one truth, or there is no truth at all. I like to think everything is truth, just pick one. Pick your own truth, although it is an illusion. But you, I, we, although the one I'm watching and listening to, does nor exist, are you not free to give life our own meaning, because you are God in your so called reality. Can't you just choose, your own illusion? You want to experience a person who makes video's. O, I get it. Yes, you can't help doing what you do. And it seems you like your illusion. And I couldn't help searching, nothing was ever wrong, but I stop my search now. Thanks to you. Allright, nothing exist, everything is an illusion, nothing has real meaning. But isn't life meant to give it your own meaning? There is not one truth, or there is no truth at all. I like to think everything is truth, just pick one. Pick your own truth, although it is an illusion. But you, I, we, although the one I'm watching and listening to, does nor exist, are you not free to give life our own meaning, because you are God in your so called reality. Can't you just choose, your own illusion? You want to experience a person who makes video's. O, I get it. Yes, you can't help doing what you do. And it seems you like your illusion. And I couldn't help searching, nothing was ever wrong, but I stop my search now. Thanks to you. And when I choose something, it will be something what is, because I have no free will in the first place.
