2014 Ram 1500 Quad Cab rear passenger window track repair

so...track broke, and it was an adventure to find a cost effective replacement. The adventure continued every step... so I tried to condense it as much as possible

NOTE:
WINDOW BRACKET ON THE TRACK HAS PUSH TABS ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE PUSH THEM IN AND LIFT THE WINDOW OUT OF THE BRACKET.
I FOUND IT EASIER TO REMOVE SPEAKER AND LOWER THE WINDOW TO REACH THE LEFT TAB AND THEN RAISE THE WINDOW BRACKET TO THE SQUARE RUBBER COVER OPENING TO ACCESS THE RIGHT TAB

Tools:
small thin flat blade screw driver
retaining ring spreader
30T torx
25T torx
10mm socket
5mm socket
#2 cross tip/Phillips screw driver
also... there's an orange braided rope handle my daughter uses to pull herself into the truck... If you'd like to know how I did it let me know it's just some 550 cord a snake knot and cobra knot mixed together with a carabiner for easy attachment
