I really like Terry Hayes writing and story telling , read I Pilgrim and now reading Year of the Locust. I hope Terry keeps writing he's an awesome storyteller

Just wanted to know when is pilgrim 2 coming out? One more thing I would have asked Mr Hayes that, what about the two chapters he wrote as a glimpse to Locust. Why did those not appear in the book?
