    Dear Sir,
As always, your planers are hand made with a great deal of finesse. I am somewhat surprised that with the kind of high standard of your work you do not sell them to local craftsmen. The quality of your work is irreproachable & would give it's user an immense pleasure using them for many years to come. Kind regards.

I really like your style of plane! I have been contemplating making one, but the other designs I do not appeal to me. I like that you use screws to secure the sole to the base of the body, then flattened the plane afterwards. Beautiful finish, also.

I'm curious about one detail, how come you didn't countersink the bottom plates? I would think that the heat generated from leveling the screws would affect the epoxy bond negatively, i may be wrong though. Regardless of that, what a remarkable result, that design of plane is one i would love to have in my own shop.
