It is shocking how the some (most?) handsome, masculine actors are passable AND good looking in character as females. Like him and Cillian Murphy in Peacock. I actually feel a little bit embarassed as a woman how not feminime I look.
The omission of “Halt and Catch Fire” in Lee Pace’s mini resume is a crime. That show remains the best account of the early days of personal computing, and Pace was fantastic in it.

He's the most gorgeous and beautiful man to ever work on earth. Pushing daisies, The Fall, Halt and catch fire, Soldier's girl - these stories are so close to my heart and he made them even better. Amazing actor and seems like such a humble, genuine, sweet guy.

I’ve wondered this too! I think it’s analogous to how bud light is the better selling beer vs craft brews. Films like ‘the fall’ are beloved amongst lovers of film and cinematography, ‘movie lovers’ like a good tried and true ‘movie formula’? I’m a craft beer fan, but I occasionally drink a bud light myself, people like what they like. The best guy to ever play Thranduil. Sad that the MCU didn't treat his character in Guardians with the same respect. His best is The Fall, anyway...so far.

God, I watched Soldier's Girl a few days ago and I sob every time. Lee plays Cal so perfectly, but what hurts is that Barry isn't here when he deserves to be here. I recommend reading up about what had happened before watching the film. Such a great, tragically beautiful, love story.
Interviews are all about chemistry. I don’t know what causes Stephen to go into long interviews with some, and not so long with others. But this interview was way too short. Lee Pace is still a bit of a mystery. I hope we get to see more of him in the near future. He appears to be such a versatile actor and really nice person. And I loved him the Fall. That will always be one of my all time favorites.

Fun fact: Lee had to improv a lot of his scenes with the child actress and she really thought he couldn't walk until he finally got up as the crew watched. It's on the extras/behind the scenes.

The whole cast was excellent, including Frances McDormand, Amy Adams, Lee Pace, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, and all the rest. A heart-warming and uplifting movie! And the relationship between the characters portrayed by Lee Pace and Amy Adams practically sizzled right off the screen! I wish Stephen had given him a longer interview, as many of us would like to know more about him.
This man is such a good actor and truly heightens EVERYTHING he is in. Usually when actors are attractive (to me) they take me out of the movie but Lee Pace just makes me even more enthralled.
