I would suggest that my infinite potential is realized not at the end of my comfort zone, but IN my discomfort zone. The former is destination thinking and the latter is journey thinking.
You might want The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday that I just read few weeks ago. It is not specifically about dealing with the 'avoidance behavior' but all the ideas in the book (most, if not all are based on stoic philosophy) are hugely helpful in anyone's life. Or you might want to go straight to one of the book's source/inspiration, The Meditations of Marcus Aurelius. :)
I liked "Rejection Proof" by Jia Jiang because I felt like his exposure to rejection could be absorbed from his experience, turning avoidance into courage. Good luck!
Brian, your content is inspiring. You are truly a master teacher. Looking forward to restarting my membership.
Thanks for that, Brian! I talk about so much stuff I would have loved to hear form my parents/anyone growing up

Any good book recommendation that deals with overcoming Avoidance behavior?
