Curious as to why you didn’t add foods with sugar, fat and that are calorie dense (nuts) instead of increasing your protein intake? That would have been more effective. It seems your experiment shows that protein is not fattening 😅
In uk lockdown as there was nothing else to do i would gain as much weight as I could i got addicted to food the more I eat the more I craved it was intense. In 12 weeks i gained 60lbs and thought I would not gain much more but no in 7 months I gained 120lb

I didnt want to change what I was eating - just the quantity - to see what would happen. 😀
