If I could go back in time these are the lessons I would tell my younger fatter self to save me from so much suffering and angst and wasted brain space..

    p.s., the issues w/counting carbs.
    hahahah.
they got that decimal point wrong.
should be in micro grams. not. grams.
    grams are huge.
1/4 tsp of sugar is enough to get the average person into a diabetic HbA1c range.
one slice of bread. is gigantic. for your body. to deal with.
so .. some savvy doctors are saying.
    in the diabetic spaces.
I phased that out of my life. 2008. finally saw the light. nearly killed me. eating ‘ healthy bread ‘. sorry. doesn’t exist.
even the stuff my ex wife and I made since .. 1991.
I’d suggest counting the grains. in the future.
even a single grain (crystal table sugar)
    harms me.
    since. 1990.
so. I know when someone has snuck. anything into a product.
something will break. within mins. be visible. on the outside. of me.
I have been photographing this since 1990. on film. then. digital since 2005.
learned a lot. getting a camera in 1987.
    then a 1:1 macro in 1990.
    life size. on a slide.
