What happens when a bag gets lost? Is that essentially someone overlooking something and putting it on the wrong cart, or it fell off somewhere (if thats even possible)?
it will eventually be found either by someone or by the system, which is then put as a “Rush” bag tag & will then be sent to a later flight to the original destination. The Airline of the missing bag will inform the owner of the bag that is put on another flight for them to pick it up
