    The Cyborg is my best gaming purchase ever. Period. The only drawback is the price. But as a percentage of a gamig rig, it's not unreasonable. Just do it.

    I'd add that you should get if you both can afford it and you just want something that once you get used to it will be worlds more comfortable and ergonomic. Doesn't have to be about elevating your performance, it can be about comfort too. I for one hate wasd with a passion because it just doesnt feel intuitive or comfortable for me, so I combined a GMK joystick with a one handed keyboard instead. Which has been amazing but I'm going to upgrade to the cyborg soon for even more comfort and something that ultimately feels way more natural.

      This is primarlly why im looking into a keypad. Holding Shift to run for me tired out my pinkie like whoa in one of the games I play.

    The cons of the Azeron in this video are over exaggerated. To be honest the only real con, or point to be aware of, is its fragility. If the Azeron falls off your desk you will likely break something, but the parts are cheap and it's easy to fix. Other than that the Azeron is amazing and one of the best $200 I ever spent.
    This device is perfect for those realizing the greatness of PC gaming and leaving console gaming. If this is you it is totally worth it.

      I can agree with this, Fortnite is my main game I would want to play PC for and with the game in its current state a Keyboard is a necessity but I enjoy the compact easy nature of the Gaming Controller in General. Overall there really aren’t any big cons to the Cyborg especially for those switching from Controller to Keyboard

    ive considered getting one in the past but reviews at the time seemed to be all over the place.
    since i started gaming about 14 years ago ive always used my mouse in my left hand because im left handed and was too lazy to learn it "the right way".
    there are a few keys on the keyboard that definitely seem to be easier to reach with my right hand compared to normal keyboard usage however i usually find myself rebinding at leat 3 or 4 actions to semi comfortable buttons on the keyboard or my mouse on every game.
    i noticed azeron has a left- and righthand version with sounded very intriguing cause this could somewhat fix my problem and give me a fully customizable and comfortable to use input for my right hand.
    Only thing that kept me from getting one right now is the price. it is a very niche input device and im just scared i might not like it as much as i thought and regret it sooner or later...

    • @Suchadownerr
      @Suchadownerr  19 днів тому

      If you’re willing to put a little time in to learn and adjust to a new device, I don’t think you’ll regret it. It’s so customizable that once I got comfortable with it, I don’t ever want to use anything else. But price obviously matters. I purchased mine when I was in a much better place financially than I am now and the cost wasn’t a concern. Even knowing how much I love the azeron, if I had to buy a new one now I wouldn’t. But it’d be the very first thing I would purchase the second I had the money

    Lol. I disagree with all of your cons bar the price. I use my Azeron Cyborg regularly and upon getting it I immediately began gaming in FPS games (With mouse for aiming) RPGs etc with no issues whatsoever. I have arthritis in my hands and bought it to help relieve pain from holding my hand in one position on the keyboard. I love it.

    • @Suchadownerr
      @Suchadownerr  27 днів тому +1

      That’s why the cons are not actual issues, just things I wouldn’t put in the pros list lol I couldn’t think of legitimate cons but I didn’t want to sound too biased (even though I am 😂) And I’m right there with you, the ergo solved my wrist strain issues I had using keyboard 🙌🏼

    If you get one of these my advice is ditch the software and go with rewasd. I have been using the cyborg for a few years now the worst part is setting up all the inputs for each game.

    I got the razer Tartarus pro just to find out it’s not fully compatible with 360 wasd movement and you can’t even use the built in RGB to change the color of specific keys. Tartarus is a big L so I’ve been eyeballing one of these

    Sorry if I missed it, but did Fortnite ever fix the issue with the joystick setting on their end?
    I’m curious as to how Fortnite’s diagonals and strafing settings translate from keyboard settings to the Cyborg’s joystick settings…

    • @Suchadownerr
      @Suchadownerr  Місяць тому +1

      They “fixed it” but the update dropped and it didn’t work 💀 so they’re back to “investigating” the issue. At this point, I’m just hoping they get it done for season 4.
      As for the diagonals, I made a sure video about Fortnite breaking the azeron and all the settings to make it playable. I did make adjustments to the diagonal settings, it works just fine but it’s jerky and can be frustrating around corners and definitely in build fights.

    Currently i play with a keyboard and a mouse with lateral num pad. (Logitech G600), and i like it because that way i have extra keys to use for more things, i play a lot of different genres in games, an yeah i probably dont use that much keys in most of them (like fps or adventure ones), but i like to have them cause is confortable.
    In all honesty, im interested in the azeron series not because i "want to get better" or something, im interested because i like 1- the personalization it comes with, and 2- the comfort of having the keybinds "closer" if that makes sense.
    And now with the launch of the Azeron Cryo (mouse) i think is a really good option to consider buying the Azeron set, keyboard and mouse, i can have all the keybinds close as i like in both hands!
    The price is a little high i agree, but i think with time, i will be able to get my hands on them (no pun intended) at some point. :D

      yeah your timing was perfect! lol Mouse I use is the Logitech G Pro Superlight (the first gen, not much of a difference from Superlight 2). I can also recommend the Razor Deathadder V3 pro, I used it for a bit and now use it while editing. It's got a more relaxed ergonomic feel in the hand. Friends of mine have said good things about the Lamzu Thorne (a little bit smaller), but I havent personally used it.

    Eeeeh.. Con i would say is it using Mouse switches instead of Keyboard switches. If they had a version that used mechanical, keyboard switches with actuation zones, that would make this the ultimate device.

    what the hell is this restricter ring and can it be used on a regular controller

    • @Suchadownerr
      @Suchadownerr  13 днів тому

      For the Azeron the restricter ring basically reduces the thumbstick’s range of motion allowing for shorter more controlled movements. For a regular controller you could get “precision rings” which add resistance to your thumbsticks and combined with adjustments in your sensitivity settings could improve your aim and control. KontrolFreek is a popular brand if you wanted to give them a try!
