    Why is it okay for a gun owner to believe if someone takes away their gun they will be killed by it, and yet, a person with a gun pointed at them should not believe that they would be killed by a gun owner and have no right to fight for their life?

      That’s what I keep saying! These gun people in this country act like if someone pulls a gun on you, they have all the rights at that point and you have none. It’s completely insane! How about nobody has the RIGHT to pull a gun on anybody unless their own life or someone else’s life is actually being threatened, and unless and until that happens, we ALL have the right to not have guns pulled on us??

Hell if I had been Arbery and these two creepy looking guys started following me, I would walk away. Dude. You are guilty. You profiled the guy and took the law into your own hands. You had NO reason to fear for your life. He had nothing in his hands, he just didn't want to talk to two creepy looking guys, NOT a crime. If Arbery was witnessed committing a felony, then he is 100% guilty for everything. It doesn't appear that he was witnessed committing a felony, but his actions matter. You shouldn't be so offended. It is legal to defend yourself so the obvious narrative of the defense team was going to be self defense. This is the most predictable strategy. Arbery was definitely up to no good, but he was not evidently in commission of a felony, so the defense is going to lose.

      @CanItAlready 3 роки тому +2

      @@The_ScapeGoat Except that we don't know that he was up to no good. He wasn't the only person the owner of that house saw in that house. And the owner testified that Arbery didn't take anything from the house that day.
      He's also not the first person to ever walk through a house under construction, as so many other people have acknowledged doing themselves. Not everyone who explores a house under construction is up to no good.

    Hang on here...So he had an incident where he was approached by two men and he was threatened. What did he do? Isn't this similar to what what happened to Mr. Arbery? He was approached by two men whom he didn't know. He ignored them until they pursued him. The only difference was that this dude carried a concealed weapon and basically threatened the 2 other guys.
    Mr Arbery did not have a weapon and so did what he considered was the best thing to do and ignored them. He was the braver and smarter until he had no choice but to fight for his life.

    When Travis first drove up next to Ahmaud, where was the shot gun? Later on, Travis testified when he stopped and got out of the truck, he reached back into the truck because the shotgun fell onto the floor boards and he placed it back on the seat. It is possible that Ahmaud initially saw the shotgun when the truck pulled up next to him and thats why he fled. When Travis states that Ahmaud was acting funny... Funny? You were following him with a shotgun? How about fearful? Travis had no right to chase Ahmaud and take his life. You don't own the streets that people jog on. Absolutely no right. Prayers for Ahmaud

    • @nightwithout-stars1951

      @Gina, at some point during his testimony, Travis says that he got out of the truck with the shotgun on the first encounter with Ahmaud, but his lawyer cut him off and said something like, “You’ve already explained that.” I think Travis was threatening Ahmaud from the beginning. 😥😥😥
