This whole AdBlue stuff is evil. If you have a Citroën, and an AdBlue issue, it can just refuse to start. 🤬 How about all other diesels that don't have AdBlue.
You’re absolutely right-AdBlue systems can feel like a nightmare sometimes, especially when it affects something as critical as starting the car! Citroën (and many others) have systems that lock out starting if AdBlue levels or the system itself isn’t functioning, which is incredibly frustrating. 🤬 As for other diesels without AdBlue, they typically use older emissions systems that don’t require selective catalytic reduction (SCR). While they avoid AdBlue headaches, they might not meet newer emissions standards, which is why manufacturers moved to AdBlue systems in the first place. It’s a trade-off between compliance and convenience. Thanks for sharing your thoughts-it’s great to hear different perspectives on this! 🚗👍 #AdBlueIssues #DieselProblems #CitroënStruggles
