Just a pointer to help you get closer to 100 mobility-lightweight frame weapons give you a hidden +20 mobility and this contributes to hunter class ability cooldown. So if you can only get to 60 mobility, powerful friends plus lightweight will get you to 100. It will appear as 80. Wastelander and without remorse are all lightweight and roll with 1-2 punch.

You should feel proud of your content. I've seen some pretty greasy stuff but this one is pretty polished. It has knowledge, flow, narrative and demonstration. It also has longevity because the seasonal mods aren't a part of it. Only change I made was not using PF because the shotty is lightweight so has +20 mobility as a hidden stat. I just slotted another arc mod in to proc SL. Also added bountiful for well dupes. Otherwise mine is true to the build.

I’ve been playing this build as close as I can get it and I’m in love with it. I farmed the Wastelander shotgun and got the enhanced 1-2 punch on it and it absolutely shreds champions when everything procs correctly. I can’t wait till I get the 30% melee damage boost mod to complete this build. I was running lost sector K1- Master in 4 minutes with this build and I never run master content.

I must say, " This is the most best rocking setup I've ever seen on the Hunter." I'm going to try to use this setup on both my platforms, The Xbox and PlayStation. I'm just glad we have more builds that don't involve Liars Handshake. I overused that thing when Shadowkeep came out and felt burnt on that style. Although this is similar, it has invis and healing which has more utility and use than a simple damage increase. Still love LH.
As an addition to this beautiful build, if you craft the Wastelander M5 with enhanced 1-2 punch not every pellet has to hit in order for the perk to prod. While not a better spread pattern this makes it the easiest to proc out of any shotgun in game. Cheers.
I never play hunter but I played this build and absolutely loved it. The only modification I made was using Hands-On (more super energy on melee kills) on the helmet to get my super up faster. I really don’t feel like I need it but the new super is just so much fun I wanted to throw it as much as possible. Awesome build dude, thanks a lot.

I know there are a lot of little build crafting destiny UA-camrs, but I really liked your video. I also like that you make builds with end game in mind because I’m tired of people making builds that are basically worthless in anything higher level than a strike
Been rocking this since the start of the season and it's great. Try out arc heart of innmost light titan with 4x firepower, taking charge, and the fragment that makes orbs when you're amplified. Those storm grenades are insane and you can get lightning strikes twice from the artifact if you really want to get crazy.
4x Firepower?? I'm currently using 2x firepower and loving it. How did you fit 4x Firepower into the Titan build. Can you give me the mod and fragment rundown? Thanks..
I've been experimenting a bit with a similar build on Titan but I'm torn between Heart and Armamentarium. I can get more grenades out with Heart, but I find that the ability to double grenade with Armamentarium is invaluable too.
@@Dorvarich I decided on Armamentarium for the very reason you just mentioned. I'm using Salvo in the 2nd slot which helps with grenade spam, and the big elephant killer Agers for my kinetic. Dump two nades on a yellow bar and follow up with Agers catalyst super....!! BEAST! I have insane super bar regen worked into the build, so Agers is always ready for maximum melt. Razor's edge is my heavy of choice, but I'm currently farming for a God roll Hero Of Ages. Love those Storm Grenades. 🤩
@Dorvarich why not Skullfort with Impact Induction on the arms? You can even use Well of Ions to amp up the self refeshing melees, which also heal you, and restore your grenade charge. Choose Pulse Grenade and Touch of Thunder, and your grenades ramp up damage as they keep going of and can grant you ionic traces. Spark of Magnitude, and they last even longer. Alternatively, try the new Point-Contact Canon Brace with Thunderclap for a self restoring melee that already powers itself up, and gets extra lightning strikes. Still combine with Impact Induction, and maybe a Demo + Voltshot/Swash Tarnished Mettle to recover grenades.

good way to get through some more sustained damage with this is to leave little stuff alive, if you can, and kill one periodically throughout damage, healing you, and refreshing combination blow

Honestly, this build is absolutely phenomena and turned me into an arcstrider main. To me this video is the equivalent of the Omnioculus Playbook but for Assassin’s Cowl instead. Well done.
I don't usually comment on videos, but this exact build is what I have been trying to replicate this week and I absolutely loved it! Built my hunter off of your builds and absolutely love it! I also put hands-on on the helmet with powerful friends for that insane super recovery because we are always using melee! I am missing the well of ions mod so waiting to be able to buy that and was finally able to pick up striking light today from ada-1 so I can now use that in the build! Keep the videos coming friend as you have some of the best build breakdowns and easy to follow instructions. I am working on soloing dungeons and eventually try the solo flawless attempts! Thanks!
If everything is dead, there's nothing more to be afraid of with this build. Love your video and the way you describe the details of the build! I already try Liar's Handshake, but at this date there's a bug affecting the exotic and any build that come with it. Very inconsistent, turn down the survival and agressive aspect of gameplay... Hope to see more builds videos of yours!
I started playing Destiny 2 less than 2 weeks ago and tried utilising this build. I lack most of the mods and only have bad gear. But still this works perfectly for me as a noob and it is so much fun 😅. I did the quest to get the assassins cowl and had 2 more as drops from nightfalls, one having quite good stats. I use a crafted ragnhild for one-two punch and ammit or monarch and the lament or taipan. It is so satisfying to punch everything 🤣. Thank you 👍🏽

i loved arc hunter for so long and now that arcstrider is finally viable now makes me ecstatic. We deserved this and our blink back. (Also i was hoping for a custom melee animation for Arcstriders punch but i guess not)

@Dorvarich This is literally the exact build I used day one of ARK 3.0, because I was already using Assassin's Cowl from last season for infinite invisibility with knife trick, now I can go invis, heal, jolt enemies, add clear 10 adds with one punch or like u said 2 punch grandmaster level enemies! I've always been a CQB player so I'm in love with this Ark, Invisibility, Close quarters, healing, overshield, 1 punch knockout power build right now! Lol I literally Dodge, melee, go invisible, get full health back immediately, all while either double tapping bosses with my fists, or clearing a room full of Ads with one beautiful lighting strike of a punch!!! Lol 😁
i wanted to perfect my arc build with liar’s handshake, but i think assassin’s cowl has so much more survivability! gonna be trying this out, sounds fun
Guys! You don't need 100 Mobility with this build as Combination Blow refills your mobility - your Gamblers Dodge is automatically returned. This will allow you to spec into Resilience, Discipline and Recovery which are better choices as your Dodge is coming back to you anyway. Also, I wouldn't say this is suited to a team build as you need the kills within 19 seconds to keep the x3 Combination Blow stacks going. It's a great solo build. I would spec for 100 Res, 100 Dis, and then go Rec as high as possible without going under 30 Mob, 20 Int and 30 Strength. It's an OP melee build so you don't need Int supers that much. With the Fragments mentioned further along and stat mods where needed, I have 100 Res, 100 Dis, 80 Rec, 30 Mob, 20 Int, 40 Str. Use the War Table for your armour decrypting pieces as it's the best place. For fragments I would run Feedback, Resistance, Magnitude and Shock - learning into a grenade build as your Mobility / Melee is always being returned through x3 Combination Blow anyway.
I have been playing with this (arc w/cowl) for a bit since watching your video-- I wasn't brave/stupid enough to run it for glassway, but I did take it into Fallen Saber GM today and holy bananas is it fun AND effective at GM level. Next up, Lightblade! Thanks Dorvarich!!!
Glad you're enjoying it and getting good results! I ran some simulated (-25 Master) GM Lightblades with it earlier in the season and it was amazing for most of the strike, but awkward in the boss room since it's difficult to maintain Combination Blow there with all the cursed thralls.
@@Dorvarich It's sketchy anywhere you have exploding mobs-- devil's wasn't too bad because there's a lot of spacing on the exploding shanks, saber was a breeze, but yeah, worried about lightblade boss room and disgraced boss room (at least somewhat). Just tried out the bare basic set up with just the abilities and weapons on nightfall, and it still does amazing. Definitely going to work towards the full set up.
Bro i was doing lfgs for this weeks master nf and some guy joined and was running through everything and i was jawdropped so i was searching for his build and here it is. Im a pvp player i never do pve but mindbenders is the nf weapon and im not good enough to do gms so i love this build in masters its run asf
I'm experimenting with triple 100 stats in mobility, resilience and either discipline or strength. Either way I'm having the most fun with a hunter I've had in years (been a warlock main forever). Will be attempting your dungeon solo runs soon (though I doubt I'll achieve flawless). Look forward to much more content in future, your current 9.4K subs belies the awesome quality of your content and presentation.

Awesome video. Great detail. I use a very similar build on my Arc Hunter, but I use the VoG Arc shotgun with one-two punch paired with Font of Might for extra-extra damage with the weapon before punch punch. Subbed 💪

I love how the whole community is waking up to assassins cowl. Since void 3.0 it’s been so amazing.. even solar with unlimited knife throws upon kills is OP.
Found Verdict is also a great shotgun for this setup. Mine rolled with Slideshot/One Two Puch and its an Arc shotgun so it synergizes really well with the whole amplified system.
Yeah I didn't expect this video to blow up even 1% as big as it did, haha. The room reverb makes me cringe a little. I improved it in my most recent videos though!
I defaulted to this build at the start of the season. Don't get me wrong, it's stupid good. However, its effectiveness drops by a lot in non-solo content. Teammates using similar destructive builds will steal kills making it hard to keep Combination x3 up.
that's when you slot trinity ghoul and chain lightning with that instead as well as piss off the kill stealers by killing everything before they get a chance to touch it
Hi, I wasn’t a big fan of Hunter but saw this build video & tried to replicate it (missing some of the armour mods). Even without them, it’s still awesome. I was lousy at Legend Lost Sector, never completed one. First one I tried with my build as close as I could get to yours; easy, no problem. Thanks for your videos, you explain everything very clearly, I love them. Now I just have to visit Ada every day to try & get the rest of the armour mods I need, unless you have a better way of obtaining them perhaps? Thanks again, cheers mate!
Right now the only other way to get combat style mods is from the free armor pieces in the HELM. Come Lightfall they'll hopefully change the system to something that makes more sense.

Currently the war table is the best place for high armor drops. Focus armor there is the best rolls

good way to get through some more sustained damage with this is to leave little stuff alive, if you can, and kill one periodically throughout damage, healing you, and refreshing combination blow

Honestly, this build is absolutely phenomena and turned me into an arcstrider main. To me this video is the equivalent of the Omnioculus Playbook but for Assassin’s Cowl instead. Well done.

Built my hunter off of your builds and absolutely love it! I also put hands-on on the helmet with powerful friends for that insane super recovery because we are always using melee! I am missing the well of ions mod so waiting to be able to buy that and was finally able to pick up striking light today from ada-1 so I can now use that in the build! Keep the videos coming friend as you have some of the best build breakdowns and easy to follow instructions. I am working on soloing dungeons and eventually try the solo flawless attempts! Thanks!

I already try Liar's Handshake, but at this date there's a bug affecting the exotic and any build that come with it. Very inconsistent, turn down the survival and agressive aspect of gameplay...

I started playing Destiny 2 less than 2 weeks ago and tried utilising this build. I lack most of the mods and only have bad gear. But still this works perfectly for me as a noob and it is so much fun 😅.
I did the quest to get the assassins cowl and had 2 more as drops from nightfalls, one having quite good stats. I use a crafted ragnhild for one-two punch and ammit or monarch and the lament or taipan. It is so satisfying to punch everything 🤣. Thank you 👍🏽

i loved arc hunter for so long and now that arcstrider is finally viable now makes me ecstatic. We deserved this and our blink back. (Also i was hoping for a custom melee animation for Arcstriders punch but i guess not)

@Dorvarich This is literally the exact build I used day one of ARK 3.0, because I was already using Assassin's Cowl from last season for infinite invisibility with knife trick, now I can go invis, heal, jolt enemies, add clear 10 adds with one punch or like u said 2 punch grandmaster level enemies! I've always been a CQB player so I'm in love with this Ark, Invisibility, Close quarters, healing, overshield, 1 punch knockout power build right now! Lol I literally Dodge, melee, go invisible, get full health back immediately, all while either double tapping bosses with my fists, or clearing a room full of Ads with one beautiful lighting strike of a punch!!! Lol 😁
i wanted to perfect my arc build with liar’s handshake, but i think assassin’s cowl has so much more survivability! gonna be trying this out, sounds fun

Guys! You don't need 100 Mobility with this build as Combination Blow refills your mobility - your Gamblers Dodge is automatically returned. This will allow you to spec into Resilience, Discipline and Recovery which are better choices as your Dodge is coming back to you anyway. Also, I wouldn't say this is suited to a team build as you need the kills within 19 seconds to keep the x3 Combination Blow stacks going. It's a great solo build. I would spec for 100 Res, 100 Dis, and then go Rec as high as possible without going under 30 Mob, 20 Int and 30 Strength. It's an OP melee build so you don't need Int supers that much. With the Fragments mentioned further along and stat mods where needed, I have 100 Res, 100 Dis, 80 Rec, 30 Mob, 20 Int, 40 Str. Use the War Table for your armour decrypting pieces as it's the best place. For fragments I would run Feedback, Resistance, Magnitude and Shock - learning into a grenade build as your Mobility / Melee is always being returned through x3 Combination Blow anyway.
I have been playing with this (arc w/cowl) for a bit since watching your video-- I wasn't brave/stupid enough to run it for glassway, but I did take it into Fallen Saber GM today and holy bananas is it fun AND effective at GM level. Next up, Lightblade! Thanks Dorvarich!!!
Glad you're enjoying it and getting good results! I ran some simulated (-25 Master) GM Lightblades with it earlier in the season and it was amazing for most of the strike, but awkward in the boss room since it's difficult to maintain Combination Blow there with all the cursed thralls.
@@Dorvarich It's sketchy anywhere you have exploding mobs-- devil's wasn't too bad because there's a lot of spacing on the exploding shanks, saber was a breeze, but yeah, worried about lightblade boss room and disgraced boss room (at least somewhat). Still, really appreciate the nudge to this build and your detail in videos. Cheers!
Just tried out the bare basic set up with just the abilities and weapons on nightfall, and it still does amazing. Definitely going to work towards the full set up.

Bro i was doing lfgs for this weeks master nf and some guy joined and was running through everything and i was jawdropped so i was searching for his build and here it is. Im a pvp player i never do pve but mindbenders is the nf weapon and im not good enough to do gms so i love this build in masters its run asf
I'm experimenting with triple 100 stats in mobility, resilience and either discipline or strength. Either way I'm having the most fun with a hunter I've had in years (been a warlock main forever). Will be attempting your dungeon solo runs soon (though I doubt I'll achieve flawless).

Awesome video. Great detail. I use a very similar build on my Arc Hunter, but I use the VoG Arc shotgun with one-two punch paired with Font of Might for extra-extra damage with the weapon before punch punch.

Found Verdict is also a great shotgun for this setup. Mine rolled with Slideshot/One Two Puch and its an Arc shotgun so it synergizes really well with the whole amplified system.
My wastelander has auto loading holster and one/two. Its amazing. Just swap off to my voltshot sidearm, and my shotgun reloads automatically

Yeah I didn't expect this video to blow up even 1% as big as it did, haha. The room reverb makes me cringe a little. I improved it in my most recent videos though!
I defaulted to this build at the start of the season. Don't get me wrong, it's stupid good. However, its effectiveness drops by a lot in non-solo content. Teammates using similar destructive builds will steal kills making it hard to keep Combination x3 up.
that's when you slot trinity ghoul and chain lightning with that instead as well as piss off the kill stealers by killing everything before they get a chance to touch it

Hi, I wasn’t a big fan of Hunter but saw this build video & tried to replicate it (missing some of the armour mods). Even without them, it’s still awesome. I was lousy at Legend Lost Sector, never completed one. First one I tried with my build as close as I could get to yours; easy, no problem. Thanks for your videos, you explain everything very clearly, I love them. Now I just have to visit Ada every day to try & get the rest of the armour mods I need, unless you have a better way of obtaining them perhaps? Thanks again, cheers mate!
Right now the only other way to get combat style mods is from the free armor pieces in the HELM. Come Lightfall they'll hopefully change the system to something that makes more sense.
